Had some siding replaced 2 years ago along with small front porch. At first it was ok. But a couple…read moremonths later siding started to fall and caulk started to crack. I contacted them and they came and 'fixed' it. After that I also noticed the roof was damaged from the scaffolding that they put on top of shingles. After the winter the caulk and some siding started to crack/bow. this was around April May I knoticed it. I contacted them. They came out to look at it. Said they would fix it. That was 3 weeks ago. No answer no communication. Blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. Luckily I have all the screen shots and recording from my security cameras. I am going to take the necessary steps in getting this taken care of. Do not use them. They may have good reviews. But don't let it fool you.

When asked questions about the estimate he talked in circles couldn't get a straight answer. He also added other things to the estimate that is not in their scope of work. Not a good experience. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated he was the area supervisor. Not true Scott is . But he is no better he was supposed to call didn't when I texted him later in the day he told he was busy and I basically interrupted his meal. Wow customer service in my case was not there. The work overall was ok. Couldn't get the gutter guards right that took another week and a half. Read the paperwork carefully question things you don't understand and good luck
