All these people do is sell the coverings, they know nothing about gutters and their repair or maintenance. The one's that came out wouldn't even get up on the roof. Manny came out, listened to my concerns, got on the roof, accessed the situation and gave several recommendations as to how to solve my problem. The roofing workers was with a 3rd party contracting company. They did a great job. After the work was complete, I paid the balance of 6,500K. I didn't realize until a couple of days later I over paid MRN Contracting by $500. I reached out to them and ask for a refund of the over-payment. I was told by the sales associate and his partner a refund was on the way. After several attempts to notify them I never received my refund, the phone number was disconnected. However, the roofing material company was not paid. I received a certified letter in the mail, and within 7 days another letter via Fed Ex from an attorney's office suing me for the roofing materials I already paid for to MRN Contracting. After several attempts to notify MRN Contracting of this mistake, no one has reached out to me or take the responsibility and resolve this huge mistake. A "claim of lien" has been placed on my property. The roofing company has not been paid for their materials. Thief is a crime!!! The customer should not be punished for their criminal and irresponsible business practices' .
