Few weeks ago, had a leaking problem on sunroom back of my house and called this person again to fix it. He came to check the problem and gave me a estimate $1100 for 14ft x 24ft sunroom. And we decided to make it for $1000 because I tried to pay in cash. So, we both agreed to fix sunroom roof for $1000 and I was waiting for him for few days but did not show up. I sent text message and called him several times but didn't answered the phone and reply for text message. And I found out that he just blocked my number. If he didn't want to do work for $1000, he should just say so. Not just blocked client's phone number. Well....I think he is kind a impolite and this is how they loose clients. Jeff is one of the few contractors who has been willing to come out and do the smaller repairs for…read moreroof leaks on our rental properties. He has never charged much, and in fact with the first repair, I had to insist that he allow me to pay him. Because of his integrity and courtesy, I had him handle the insurance-paid replacement of a roof on one of the rentals that had Atlas shingles. After doing an initial, no-cost, inspection, he met with the adjuster on very short notice, and actually did the on-the-roof work for the adjuster while the adjuster stood in the yard below. Jeff and his crew put on the new roof, replacing more of the OSB than expected, and did some additional work at no extra charge. It looks great, and the tenants are delighted. They said he was very professional (which I already knew he would be), and he and his crew left the place really clean. I couldn't be happier with Jeff's work. He's very patient, his pricing is very reasonable, and he does excellent, high-quality, work. He shows up when he says he will, which is important. I can't recommend him more highly, and I will continue to have him do all my roof work in the future.

We had been watching house after house in our neighborhood getting new roofs and started examining…read moreour own roof for signs of needing replacement all the while hoping that we didn't because of the price. The day that a house behind ours began repairs was very windy. The owner Shannon McDaniel noticed our shingles lifting with the wind and offered to look at our roof and since my husband and I had already been discussing our possible need for a new roof, I agreed. After the inspection he told me that we had storm damage. This is our first house and we had not even entertained the thought of storm damage even though most of the roof repairs in our neighborhood started right after hurricane Irma blew through the state. He had taken pictures of the damage to show me and explained to me why he thought it was due to strong winds. He encouraged me to contact my insurance agent to have one of their adjusters come out and give their opinion. Two days later my insurance adjuster came and Mr. McDaniel took time to come by also. My adjuster had worked with Mr. McDaniel before so within an hour I had approval for a new roof and a check in my hand for the repairs. Two weeks later I had a beautiful new roof. The crew was awesome. They did everything. They moved our trampoline out of the way. They worked quickly and respectfully. They were done in one day and when they left there was not even a nail left in the yard. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
