After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.

He brought several samples and walked us through what would be the best color to install in order to make the house look even better. He recommended we use Owen Corning Duration shingles and go with Williamsburg Grey. Once that was done, the shingles and the material were delivered the day before neatly stacked. The following day his crew and him were at our place at 7:30AM. His crew took meticulous care of our yard before starting. They stared around 8:30AM and were done before 7:00PM. NOT A SINGLE NAIL LEFT BEHIND! And, many code upgrades and changes to ensure rain water is moved away from the corners of the house. Thank you Ben and crew. The following week, his gutter folks showed up and installed our new gutters and downspouts -- upgrade to a 6" gutters. Again, not a single nail was left behind and our house looked great. We had a challenging situation where my wife invited one of those drive-by roofing companies to do…read morea free roof estimate one Saturday morning, and unbeknownst to us they ended up damaging the roof to make it appear to qualify for an insurance claim. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement. The new rool went on in a day and is magnificent! The crew was expert and professional in every way. At the end of the day I thank the Lord that we connected with Roofserv and Ryan. We never felt rushed, Ryan explained everything, and his honesty and integrity really made a frustrating experience go much more smoothly and with the best/correct result. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. This is how great this company is, they (Arodi) bought black spray paint and he painted my chimmy cap with a second coat so it looks as nice as the roof and gutters and leaf guards! He also asked the roofing team to paint the pipes and chimney cap on roof, which they did, but they ran out of paint and Arodi said the chimney cap needs a second quote! Amazing customer service! The install team was right on time and did an amazing job. I really luv that they had women on the install team! They used a drone throughout the install process and I could checkout the link to see the whole process and to give me peace of mind that NO shortcuts were taken!
