They inspected our roof with a drone and also went up in person to make sure they had a thorough look at the chimney and surrounding roof area. We also obtained a second opinion, and their recommendation was consistent with DOM's, which gave us additional confidence in moving forward with them. Before DOM could complete the work, we had even more rain coming, so we called and they came out to tarp the area and help prevent additional damage. That responsiveness meant a lot to us. The repair was completed as promised, communication was excellent throughout, and the cleanup was fantastic. They even went over the area with a large magnetic tool to make sure they didn't leave any nails behind. The area was spotless when they left. When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. There was a vague allusion to some storm damage from last year's hurricane that never made it here (even though they hadn't inspected anything.) I never got a quote and told them I wasn't interested, then received excuses instead of what I needed and warnings about how hard it is to call my insurance company and file a claim. Without knowing anything about the job a number of $14,000 or so was tossed out after informing them we were not interested. Another company (Mancilla Roofing) did a thorough inspection, climbed up on the roof and listed things they needed to do specifically, gave us materials samples to mull over, and quoted $9,000 for the entire job to include replacing all the roof vents and features, and even running a magnet over the property to find any nails that may have escaped their work area. These guys seem to be locking themselves into potential customers through the insurance company immediately to pretty much name their price and prevent anyone else from competing with them. I didn't get the feeling that any of this was on the level, but I am guessing that if they can overcharge insurance companies enough this way their actual roofing work should be done pretty well and they wouldn't have to cut corners. The other reviewers here who don't seem to understand how their insurance works all gave them 5 stars after all.

We had a challenging situation where my wife invited one of those drive-by roofing companies to do…read morea free roof estimate one Saturday morning, and unbeknownst to us they ended up damaging the roof to make it appear to qualify for an insurance claim. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement. The new rool went on in a day and is magnificent! The crew was expert and professional in every way. At the end of the day I thank the Lord that we connected with Roofserv and Ryan. We never felt rushed, Ryan explained everything, and his honesty and integrity really made a frustrating experience go much more smoothly and with the best/correct result. Now we have a new roof that will last a lifetime - and if not, Roofserv will be there to back us up!
