The owner, Shari Zippay, was instrumental in guiding us through the process with her knowledge and expertise. The installer showed up completely clueless, dumped hundreds of parts all over our yard, and cobbled it together in a way that was flat-out unsafe. No cleanup, trash everywhere, and despite coming back six different times it's still not right. They've managed to scratch multiple pieces, which are now rusting, and the mess of boxes they promised to haul away are still sitting there. To top it off, someone showed up at my daughter's house today, where the swingset is, and started yelling at her -- unbelievably unprofessional behavior. Avoid these people at all costs. The first person they sent was an older gentleman who was unprofessional and unable to handle the job. The second time, they sent a man and his niece, who took three days to complete the work and caused significant property damage. The niece, who was not qualified, struggled to hold the mirror and almost dropped it on my husband while he and my mom stepped in to help. Instead of assisting, she just stood there watching. They worked sloppily, dropped tools on my engineered wood floors, and generally lacked the skill to do the job properly. When I disputed the charge with Fixttman, they threatened to come after me for the money, even though I needed to hire drywallers and painters to repair the damage they caused. One subcontractor even threatened to enter my home with three men, forcing me to call the police. On top of that, a Fixttman agent also threatened me. This company operates fraudulently, hires unprofessional workers, and offshores their customer service calls to agents who falsely represent the company as legitimate. In reality, it's just someone in Texas hiring unqualified workers and overcharging customers. They also tack on hidden fees, despite their workers being unprofessional and unskilled. Avoid this company at all costs, especially Justin from Nix Constructions. -responding to the owner who also threatened me, -the crew smelled strongly of marujana. -the had changes, because the put the rod in the second room without asking which height, just assumed it was the first room height. -secondly had no level so their work was never was straight (admittedly, some ceiling was not leveled) but if he's an expert he would know how to adjust accordingly. every time I would come into the room the brackets are not straight. they still are not! -the drywall patch they used gun caulk, which I provided for them, and did not sand or paint before leaving, even though he said he would. This company is a joke. Fair warning: this company is a fraud do not use them Even the police, when they came to see the work, when I called them after the threats I received from both Justin and the company, said that the work was pretty bad. -I paid Justin full price for the artwork, I asked him to hang it via Zelle. no one is running away from payment, but you do not under any circumstances pay for bad work. -if this company was legit, they would acknowledge the bad work, instead of asking for payment -The technician spent 3 days because he had an untrained niece with him. How is a young girl supposed to be able to hang a 100+ lbs mirror. -Justin, the subcontractor started threatening me calling me "interior designer my a$$" even though that is my profession and the home is for clients arriving Friday into their home. -the agent who called me claimed he was a lawyer and also threatened me. -these people are trying to make it about me not wanting to pay, but please see their work. this is only half of the photos. -this will be a civil matter taken to dispute these people are not anyone you should ever work with. - and these people are not to be trusted

Imagination stepped up to finish the work and what a difference! They had many "work around" situations that had to be repaired and were able to fix things without having to tear everything out and start over. The daily site supervision kept everything flowing smoothly and moving forward so they were even able to finish ahead of schedule. When needed, Cameron and Ray both jumped in to do work themselves. They treated our home like their own. The quality of their work was outstanding and at the end of the job, Cameron stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied. Definitely a class act company and we highly recommend using them!

The work was shoddy and even worse, despite promises, they put a lien on our house over a small amount that our insurance company had outstanding. This was due to an administrative error but after recommending them they nailed us to the wall with a lien over a very small debt that was not ours to pay. So forget any loyalty between customer and business. Their workers didn't speak English and looked like they were being paid substandard wages. The lien was the final straw with R4. Stay away.

The young woman there shut the door on my husband after he addressed the issue. She did not care whatsoever about it. Thus, it was of most crucial that we chose someone very trust worthy with our huge life time investment. It was a long process because it required knocking down everything I had and building everything from scratch. Because my project was large, I actually got quotes from many GCs around my area but I went with redemption in big part because of their prices. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive either. But everytime my husband and I would specifically calculate a price for anything and ask them about their price, they would be right along the line range of what we we had calculated to be a respectful price. That always led me to think that they are very professional as well because obviously they are in business to make a profit but also to be fair to their customers. That was very important to me to be able to work with a company that thinks about their customers, their workers and their bottom line all at the same-time. I also felt that their payment terms aligned with ok materials are purchased they are at your house, first payment is due this day etc meaning they ask for payment when you can see where your funds are going and that allowed me to built trust throughout which is key for us when doing large projects. I also learned a lot from this project that is important to give your opinion often during the whole process. For example, I wanted my doors installed one way and once some of it was built, I realized that I need to tell the workers hey wait a minute, I actually think it looks better this way, lets change this or that before we go further. Communication is key when someone is working at your house for months, you cant just sit there and expect everyone to read your mind and ask to change things once is all finished. I felt I was able to communicate with everyone well and the workers knew very well exactly what we liked or didn't like all the time because we were always following the process. Each day that the workers finished their day, my husband and I will review how things looked and ask ourselves is this how we imagined it in our dreams? We were well aware that things may look different once installed or built but wanted to make sure that we catch anything we could potentionally not like later within a reasonable time to make adjustments. They were always very accomodating to us ofcourse within resonable expectations and within budget. I also felt that there were many times we would ask for things that were not initially quoted and they would right away tell us the change in price before it was done and I appreciated that as well. My deck and fence were done in a very reasonable time, yes we did have some delays but they were outside both of our control. You cant go into a project thinking is going to be quick, everything takes times and a lot of patience is required in construction projects this large and we knew this very well from the begining. I really enjoyed working with this company as communicaton with workers and project managers was smooth and I felt that our opinions mattered. I would love to work with them again in future projects to keep building a home that our children can enjoy for generations to come !
