Exceptional Customer Service and Quality!…read more I purchased a custom cover for my island grill for about $490, and the product arrived with a standard ventilation panel on the back. This ventilation feature wasn't included in the specifications I had reviewed and approved, so I contacted customer service for clarification. They immediately explained that the ventilation is a standard design used to prevent moisture buildup and mold -- which makes complete sense. Still, without any hesitation or pushback, they offered to send me a replacement cover without the ventilation, exactly as I wanted. The replacement arrived in just 7 days, which was incredibly fast for a custom-made product. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. This was truly the best customer service experience I've ever had. Highly recommended!

This company originally called itself "Covers & All US." Once people realized that their products…read morecome from India, they removed the "US" part and proclaim they're "designed" in the US. I'm pretty sure all that means is the web site where you enter the measurements yourself is hosted in the US. That said, the fabric I wanted didn't offer the option for full webbed edging, while the cheaper fabric did. So I sent a message through their web form asking about it and received an autoreply that I would hear in two days. It took two weeks for a reply where they said I should have called (I guess because they don't assign ANY importance to web site contacts). They said all screens can be ordered with it, but the option still wasn't available on the site. Since we have high winds, I opted for the lesser material because it offered the webbing. I entered the exact measurements for the "custom" covers I needed for my steel fence corners to keep my kitties corralled, mindful of the caution that there can be a 1"-2" variance. But these are "custom." You would think "custom" meant a human being is reading the order, measuring it out, and taking professional care. Ah, but we're transmitting the order to India, so... The screens arrived---later than stated---after a world tour that even included Italy. And yes, they are too wide and too long, and they couldn't be arsed to space the grommets evenly. The quality control is pretty poor. I got the webbing all around, though! Woohoo! (sarcasm) I either have to poke holes and create stress points in the fabric to make them fit but destroy the structural integrity, or see if a looser screen can still keep the kitties in the yard--they won't poke and pull looking for gaps. I guess I can put the one intended for the narrower fence on the wider one, but that still leaves me without one for the narrow fence. All told, this was a complete waste of time and money. When I provided my feedback and opened a ticket, the response from "Bob Victors" was dismissive, saying, in part, "We have reviewed all the details. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify any fabrication error as the screens are fabricated as per the order confirmation." Um... no, they aren't.

Innovative Woodworks - Finished sunroom and deck. Blends well with the existing house

innovative Woodworks did a fantastic job building our sunroom and deck…read more Dominic, Steven and Ray started work in the middle on an August heatwave and they had it 75% done in just 3 weeks. That crew worked extremely hard in record heat from 9 to 6 every day. They worked fast - not sloppy fast, but efficient fast; like they have done this a thousand times before. And they left the job site clean and orderly every day. Our agreement was that IW would build the structure and I would procure the door and windows, which they would install. We had to wait a few weeks for the windows, but IW came back and finished the job as soon as the windows were available. We got quotes from several builders, and IW's price was in the middle, but they gave me the most confidence that they could actually do the job. And I liked that they did not ask for any money upfront, but rather pay 25% at 4 agreed-upon stages of progress. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and provided IW with some sketches and approximate dimensions, and they did the rest. When there were design choices to be made, they laid out the options and let us decide. They did NOT nickel and dime us with lots of billable change orders. Our project was slow to get started due to a snafu getting the building permit (which IW handled completely ) but once they got started, they made amazingly fast progress. I heartily recommend Innovative Woodworks - these guys are pros!

Buyer Beware: In our opinion, prospective customers should proceed with extreme caution--and,…read morebetter yet, avoid hiring Forever Outdoors (owner: Bryan Elliott). Based on our direct experience, we lost substantial time and money, encountered workmanship we believe fell below professional standards, and faced communication that was inconsistent and at times unresponsive. We will not recommend Forever Outdoors or any work associated with Bryan Elliott. Backyard porch renovation: · We signed the contract on May 23, 2025, with an initial start date of August 1, 2025. Although the work was quoted at 4-6 weeks, it ultimately extended to 8.5 months with ongoing delays. · As of March 6, 2026, we terminated the relationship and are completing the project independently. Working with Forever Outdoors caused an immense and unacceptable disruption to our lives from all the broken promises and work delays. · The contractor was rarely on site and at times unresponsive to our calls and requests. · Bryan frequently reached out to us for pre-payment that differed from the payment schedule in the contract. A sign that they were experiencing cash flow issues. Communication & Site Presence: · The contractor was rarely on site and at times unresponsive to calls and requests. · Despite multiple assurances that crews would be on‑site, we experienced repeated no‑shows with no proactive updates; when work did occur, the quality fell short of a professional grade and required follow‑up. · We received requests for pre‑payments that did not align with the contract's payment schedule. Materials · We waited approximately three months for doors that never arrived. During that time, we were repeatedly told they would be "ready next week." When we pressed for answers, we were told the delay was due to minor changes we had requested. · In late January, we asked the contractor to use a different supplier. The alternate local supplier delivered within two weeks. We paid that supplier directly to move the project forward since Forever Outdoors was unable to make that payment directly. Quality & Oversight · We were dissatisfied with the concrete and painting work. We escalated our concerns and yet again sub-contractors were no-shows. · We have now hired qualified vendors to correct and complete the painting and make repairs to the poured concrete decks. We expect to incur approximately $6,000 in additional out‑of‑pocket costs. Conclusion · On March 6, 2026, we informed Forever Outdoors that we declined further services and considered the professional relationship concluded. This review reflects our personal experience and opinions, supported by dated communications, invoices, and detailed records.

The true test though was the attentiveness after the install to any issues that arise, no matter how small. The few times where we have had something come up (latest was a storm knocking a post cap off that we were unable to find) Bryan had it taken care of within a day. Love that. Design and install obviously gets the most attention and is very important, but the relationship and follow up are huge positives.
