This ventilation feature wasn't included in the specifications I had reviewed and approved, so I contacted customer service for clarification. They immediately explained that the ventilation is a standard design used to prevent moisture buildup and mold -- which makes complete sense. Still, without any hesitation or pushback, they offered to send me a replacement cover without the ventilation, exactly as I wanted. This company originally called itself "Covers & All US." Once people realized that their products come from India, they removed the "US" part and proclaim they're "designed" in the US. I'm pretty sure all that means is the web site where you enter the measurements yourself is hosted in the US. That said, the fabric I wanted didn't indicate the option for full webbed edging, while the cheaper fabric did. So I sent a message through their web form asking about it and received an autoreply that I would hear in two days. It took two weeks for a reply where they said I should have called (I guess because they don't assign ANY importance to web site contacts) and they said they all can be ordered with it. But the option still was unavailable on the site. Since we have high winds, I opted for the lesser material because it offered the webbing. I entered the exact measurements I needed to cover my steel fence corners to keep my kitties corralled, mindful of the caution that there can be a 1"-2" variance. But these are "custom." You would think "custom" meant a human is reading the order, measuring it out, and taking professional care. Ah, but we're transmitting the order to India, so... The screens arrived--later than stated--after a world tour that even included Italy. And yes, they are too wide and too long, and they couldn't be arsed to space the grommets evenly. The quality control is pretty poor. I got the webbing all around, though! Woohoo! (sarcasm) I either have to poke holes and create stress points in the fabric to make them fit, or see if a looser, draping screen can still keep the kitties in the yard. I guess I can put the one intended for the narrow fence on the wider one, but that still leaves me without one for the narrow fence. All told, this was a total waste of time and money. When I provided my feedback and opened a ticket, the response from "Bob Victors" was dismissive, saying, in part, "We have reviewed all the details. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify any fabrication error as the screens are fabricated as per the order confirmation." Um... no, they aren't. read more

The extremely over priced pool cover came without the necessary attachments needed to keep it in place. We've been happy with all three custom covers they've made for us including a 7' diameter cover for a large marble outdoor dinner table; another for a hammock that they modified from their basic picnic table design and, most recently, one for our large outdoor grill. The quality is high, the customer service is maddening. And the price is right. Breakdown of stars: 5 for the covers themselves minus 1.5 for the customer service. Since Yelp doesn't do half-star reviews, rounded up to 4 for the low price/high quality. Please keep in mind you're not dealing with Janus et Cie, our original high-end, service-oriented cover vendor who would literally charge $1,000+ for that huge table cover. So, if you can muster the patience to deal with their poor customer service, hopefully you'll be as happy with the results as we are (and we have high standards.) PS Covers and All and their employees are in India. Don't know why they use a virtual address and phone number in the state of Georgia. Ordered was a straight edge Triangle shade 249''x169"x108, Invoice COV1016646258. When received, see attachment* it was not a straight edge triangle and had on the tag of the shade taffeta label has COV1657563/1. Different from on the COV on my Invoice. They said being the measurements from the three D-rings were correct, it was not on there end, but the created a useless triangle shade anyway. Total area of triangle was cut in half with two long 3 inch ends to create the triangle size requested. See nowhere here I can attach a photo. So, I was super skeptical ordering new patio covers and inserts from here. I found mixed reviews on different sites. I paid around $160 for two custom sized chairs (Back and bottom cushions). They arrived after about 2.5 weeks, PERFECT fit and decent quality for the price. The pads are slightly thinner because they come vacuum sealed, hopefully they fluff out a little bit. The color looks nice two. I thought for sure this was going to be a scam or they would be wrong sizes. I think I will be ordering more in the future. Beige Cushion Rite fabric on these. If the seats dont fluff out fully I will just order thicker inserts, but I dont expect to have to. Overall stoked on these. Everywhere else seems to be super high priced. read more

I ordered covers in beige with a different materials. I received two different colors and 2 covers were too tight. They will keep arguing asking you to provide with a photos and videos. We provided photos and detailed explanations. (Refused video for privacy reasons.) They keep telling you they want to resolve your issue with multiple requests ignoring all your detailed explanations and photos. There customer service seem to be trained to drain your patience. They are not serious. The final design and dimensions are sent in USA and product is made in India. (As per their product label) This company have no control on the final product you receive and will not assume any errors. You are on your own. Never again. read more

I recently ordered custom length sunshades. The website includes a sketch and instructions for how to provide measurements. All measurements indicate hanger point to hanger point NOT the required length of the sunshade. It was not clear, but they will only deduct length IF you buy the hanging hardware through their website. The delivered product was larger than the provided dimensions and it was at this point I learned they do not account for the hanging hardware if you do not purchase through the website. The "accessories" aka hardware to hang the sunshade wasn't even available when I purchased the sunshades. When I discussed these issues, I was told "we manufactured per your approved sketches" and they advised I should purchase two new sunshades. So, to summarize, the instructions are poor and confusing. The quality is poor because they didn't even it make it to the dimensions I had specified. Those dimensions are too large because of the poor measurement instruction they provide. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake, do anything to help make it right and to top it off they asked that I buy new sunshades from them! I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. read more

This company has generally bad reviews for reason. I ordered their top on the line material, CoverTuff on their web site. They sent the lower end fabric (CoverRite) and then refused to refund me the difference in the cost, citing their inability to make my custom fire pit cover in the material I ordered despite their web site permitting me to process the order. Suggest using Coverstore as an alternative. They have mixed reviews but with a significantly higher average rating. read more

This was my 4th order from this company (so I obviously liked their work, but this was the first CUSTOM cover for me (for an unusually shaped hanging egg chair). IT WAS PERFECT!!! FAR BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. The fabric is of the highest quality. The fit is perfect. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I'm sure I will be back for more. OF NOTE: Before making the cover, their designers wrote to me three times: once to request additional measurements; once to request a photo of the uncovered chair; and finally, an actual "mockup" for my approval. I loved the mockup, and the finished cover came out looking exactly as promised. It took a while to get the cover (three weeks as opposed to their usual one week), but all of that time was spent making sure that my cover fit perfectly. I will be back for more! read more

Here is my story: After my initial purchase (outdoor fireplace cover) is an excellent product, and we decided to make a significant purchase (outdoor sofa and chair covers). And, we decided for additional cost to personalization our covers. After our order was three weeks late, we called customer service. They informed us that our order was stuck in transit. The cover ordered finally arrived at our house almost 7 weeks later. After receiving the order, we were very disappointed with material quality (though we significantly increased our purchase) and your team messed up our personalization. I have spent over three weeks working with your India customer service team, and they are not willing to work with me to give me what I paid for. They offered me a $100 coupon for another purchase, and I told your team leader that I will not be buying anything from Covers and All again; unless he gives my order. As of today, your team has not responded to my last email communication. I worked for one of the Big Three who have a significant personnel footprint (offshore) within Chennai, India. And, if any of my team members treated anyone like your team is treating me that would not fly. This is unacceptable customer service. Warning: they are a scam. They made a very small crib size cover (i ordered a twin) and made me jump thru hoops. They sent long emails, asked for video which i provided, then said they needed photos of the box and label it came in, then said they needed a photo of the label and stated in the same email they do not accept returns. They seem to be in India... i paid 300 and i cannot return the miniature cover that was ordered for a twin mattress. If i can attach the photo i will. This was one of the most horrific and ridiculous internet purchase experiences I have ever had. I ordered a custom cover. The product delivered was clearly wrong - for example, it was supposed to have a knob cover for the grill knobs and no such component was a part of the product (contrary to the drawings upon which I based my order). After multiple emails, photographs, offers to return the product, etc., the company just kept asking for more and more information. I spent hours responding to their information requests on a $60 item. I finally just threw it away - it was poor quality and incorrect. They did nothing to remedy the situation. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money. Here is my story. I have been a covers and all customer for many years. I have purchased many many covers from them and have spent literally thousands of dollars on their products. I have even referred friends to them. After my recent experience, I will never buy from them again. My last order was for an outdoor sofa cover and 4 air pillows. The air pillows are relatively inexpensive, maybe $25 per piece. One of the air pillows did not maintain its shape. Seemed to have a slow leak. I contacted customer service. Given how good a customer I have been and because I was only asking for a new $25 air pillow, I should have heard "no problem, we will get a new one out to you right away". Instead, I was treated like a criminal. Forms had to be filled in. Then I was asked to send in a photo. I questioned how this could help because if I was scamming them and trying to get a "free pillow", then I could have just deflated it. They insisted so I sent them 2 photos showing the bad air pillow vs one of their good ones. A day later I got an email now asking for me to send them a video! I responded that this was a slow leak, that it would take hours for the pillow to deflate, and so I would not be able to send a video. By now, I have spent over half an hour of my time on a $25 air pillow. I have not heard back from them. I told customer service that I would be writing this review and that I would never spend money with them again. Once again, no response. If this company treats one of their best and loyal customers like this, then imagine how they will treat you. Do yourself a favour...save time, money, and hassle and buy from someone else. Update - the Reply from the company is simply untrue. Since receiving the reply, I received the following email from the company "We are more than happy to provide a replacement for the defective air bag. To ensure we can process this quickly and accurately, we kindly request a short video showing the issue with the air bag, even if it is a slow leak....". I responded by telling them that because it was a slow leak, the video would have to be hours long and I would not send it. They then responded with "Once we receive your confirmation and the video, we will immediately prioritize your replacement...". I ordered 2 custom bench cushions with covers. One came with a broken zipper and the other only arrived with only the cover, no insert. After jumping through hoops with customer service, they agreed to reship both cushions. Have not received the new cushions yet, so can not comment on that process. One thing about this company that is not evident unless you read the FAQs or notice that your order is being shipped from India, is that all custom made items are made in India. I do not normally write poor reviews but this place is NOT customer-oriented in the least. I placed two custom orders that were incorrect, my mistake, so I ate the cost and reordered with the help of one of their agents. I asked for a mock-up of the cover ordered so I would get what I wanted. They sent the mock-up which looked exactly like what I wanted, so I approved it. They then sent another email asking me to confirm again. I am a busy person, I glanced at the email and approved it as I had already approved it the day before. The original mock-up was exactly what I wanted and the second was not. I asked for a round cover that was completely enclosed with the zipper on the bottom. What I got was a cover that was open on the bottom with tie-downs and useless zippers on the sides. When I complained, they told me they were having a sale and I should reorder. The product I received looked completely different from the product that was pictured on their website, and on top of that the quality was very poor (stitches falling out, uneven sewing, lopsided cushion). I contacted their customer service to get my order refunded, since the cushion I was sent was not in any way the item that I ordered. After dozens of emails back and forth, giving them all of the info they requested in addition to pictures and videos, they refused to refund my order. So on top of spending money on a product that ended up being thrown away, they wasted my time and then refused to resolve my issue in any way. As many others have attested to, Covers & All have terrible customer service. I received damaged item (a roll shade) and part of the order was not sent (I ordered the crank down option and instead I received the standard chain). As others have said, if you have any issue with your order, customer service will just string you along so you give up with them. Give them photos, they will ask for videos, and when you find their web site does not support uploading files of that size, they say put them on dropbox or some other site. Then they will say they can not access them (they can, I confirmed links were public) they will ask you upload them elsewhere. Then they will ask for more videos to show what has already been shown in detail. This will go on for weeks. The strategy is to get the customer to give up once the customer concluded this will go on and on and be a waste of time. The company is in India and there is, if you look for this in the FAQ, this stated and I believe that the main web site that appears to be a company in Georgia US is just a front. Take a look at all of these one star reviews here on Yelp and other sites such as Trustpilot and the BBB. Think twice before you risk throwing your $$ away to India scam. read more

Not sure what all the negative feedback is about, I had an amazing experience buying a custom cover from Covers & All. I needed a soft fabric roof for a UTV that is almost impossible to find let alone one of quality. Via the Covers & All website I was able to custom design a fabric roof to the exact size and specifications I needed, all in a matter of moments. Once the order was placed, it arrived in a couple of weeks. The product arrived exactly as I ordered it and was easy to install. After over 18 months of exclusive outdoor use in sun, rain and snow, the fabric has held up well and looks almost new, it hasn't even faded much. The best part was that this was for for under $50 !!!! Had I purchased an "off the shelf" UTV roof, it would have cost me two to three times that much and would have likely only lasted a year or two before it needed to be replaced. read more

Thought the price was great, material is good, however I would have never ordered had I realized products couldn't be exchanged or refunded. Fire pit we purchased is octagon shaped, fire pit description states 24" diameter so I searched for 24" diameter octagon shaped cover and found this website. Found the shape and size that matches our firepit, ordered, when received it would not fit our firepit. The measurements they use to get diameter is different than the firepit place (one flat side to flat side and other corner to corner) therefore leaving me with a cover that doesn't fit and refusal to refund or allow an exchange. Will not ever use website again. Out $40 and still have no cover. read more
