Been a minute since I've been to any Target. Here's my take- I went to get wrapping paper for my daughter & a card, etc. Parking lot is always full. Walk in & it seems like there are no customers. Odd, they are inside, absolutely. This specific store could have used some straightening up, but overall clean & organized. SO QUIET- like, literally I could hear my own thoughts. I passed a kind associate helping an older man find a book & had a pretty good conversation about if his 18 yr old son would enjoy a specific book- she engaged & it was refreshing to overhear. I found a great card- they have a LARGE selection, paper to match, fun matching candles & even an extra gift I wasn't expecting to buy. Target definitely has a great team of buyers. They think about what matches what, instead of Walmart that buys nice things but hard to put a whole package together- if that makes sense. Always a fun seasonal section too! Can anyone not like Target? I'm trying to phase out of going to Walmart and starting to go to Target, and this one is the closest from my house - it's a bit of a drive but I really didn't want to go to Walmart. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty busy. Target definitely has it's hype for a reason. They had just what I needed, and it's super easy to find what you need via the app -- you search what you're looking for and it tells you exactly which aisle it is located at. Target, as usual, is super clean and it's well-stocked and organized. The only thing I had a problem with was how little cash registers there were considering the size of the store. And it is never the case where all registers were open. They do have a self-checkout and the place was busy, so customer service was also helping out with checking people out. It wasn't long but I think that's what sets it apart from 5 vs. 4 stars. There is also a Starbucks in this location here so you can get your coffee grub before you start shopping. I can't wait to frequent this location. Though it is a drive, there is a reason why many people including myself would drive a little further vs. a Walmart. read more

This two star review is more about the store layout. The signage is absolutely none in health n beauty which is on purpose and causes you to buy more. You have to browse each aisle in order to find what you are their buying. So a psychological experiment to make people spend more. Not cool! Staff was friendly but when the guy at starbucks politely told me I couldn't drink my drink in the store even through a straw I realized they're taking it too far. the bathrooms are disgusting. I'm handicap and had to use the restroom. The handicap door swings inward. I could wheel in but not close the door. I complained. The manager just brushed me off. Then I had trouble navigating the aisles due to not having enough room for a buggy or wheelchair. this review will not fix it, these people don't care about handicap people. This is a conveniently located Target near my residence. They typically have a good selection and variety of items. They even have a Starbucks inside even though there is a Starbucks across the street in another shopping plaza. Due to COVID, when you first walk in they offer to wipe your carts down to be sanitized and they have a sanitizing station that also offers free masks, etc. Good customer service and well organized and stocked shelves considering with the pandemic. I will say that the bathroom had an odor and I wished they would provide toilet seat covers so we don't have to use toilet paper to protect ourselves from the toilet seat. Overall, this is a good location to do your shopping at and my children and I love Target! There are many different stores and restaurants located around this particular location and even a movie theater. read more

I'm usually in and out within 15 minutes. The Starbucks is decent (but who really goes to Target for their coffee?... and what serious coffee drinker really goes to Starbucks?) This is by FAR the worst target i have ever been to. The layout is awful, the shelves are messy and not stocked, there is an AWFUL chemical smell near the registers and does not carry things i'm used to other targets carrying. Newly moved here and will be passing this target on my way to another one that is managed, stocked and laid out better. read more

Bad experience. Found 3 pants and 2 shirts and wanted to try them on. Went to the changing rooms. No staff was there. Clothes and hangers were all over the ground. There was a family trying on clothes. 5-8 of them. Running in and out of the rooms. Laughing, horsing around. I waited about 15 minutes for staff to arrive to allow me to go in and perhaps allow staff to discipline the rude family. No staff came. I continued watching this family run around, slamming doors, going underneath the side walls of the dressing rooms. I returned the clothes back where I got them, walked to Marshall's and purchased clothes from them. Good job Target. read more

If I could put negative stars I would. Me and my friend were profiled here yesterday on may 19th. We came in to buy some birthday gifts for a friend. When we were in the candle section a worker came and just stood there side eyeing us and her walkie was going off. (Mind you the candle aisle as many others was a mess so if she was really working she would have organized it). We ignored this. Then as we were wrapping up our shopping we were followed into the card aisle by a broad backed female who just stood there stalking us as her walkie went off. Meanwhile we came here to spend our hard earned money. Disgusting and disheartening. You should be ashamed. Next time you think of following around paying customers how about clean your disorganized store (this is the messiest target in the area) and pick up your phone. Do what you actually get paid to do! Terrible. I never got how people complain about walking into Target planning to buy one item and walking out with a cart full. Maybe that would happen if i can actually find someone to help me locate items!! I had a list of stuff to buy but could not find anyone in a red shirt in the aisles so i went back and forth and talked myself out of the purchases. sh*t! Overall, this is a decent Target. It isn't a "super" so it doesn't have a large home and house section or a selection full for grocery items. BUT, their grocery section is backed up by toiletries and some household items, so it's incredibly convenient. On top of this, the entire back wall on every single isle has a small shelf full of reduced price and clearanced items. The customer service folks have always helped me out with returns or exchanges and, in general, Target's policy on returns/exchanges is very relaxed, similar to Wally World. We frequent this location often due to its convenience and next door are some other great shopping options including Ross, Marshall's, B&BW, Rack Room, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, and a cute little fro-yo shop, as well as various salons and beauty stores of the like. Get yer' grub on with the various eatery options found right in the intersection, a few favorites of ours being Panera, Newks, and a sushi bar on 120 next to the Goodwill. read more

I ran inside to check out some hair products, but found myself three hours later in the toys section looking at board games. Go figure! Boredom much? Any way...I found one of my old classic games, Candyland, which flooded a stream of great memories from my childhood. I quickly grabbed it and placed it in my shopping cart because it was the only one. Not, that I have been looking for this game, so u have no idea whether there are a plethora of these gems. Nevertheless, I took it with me. Through the many minutes of my Target visit, of course it was only a matter of time when nature called, so I strolled over to the ladies room. To my dismay, when I returned my precious Candyland was gone! I quickly wheeled back over to the toys, but nope, nothing. I tried to find an associate to inquire about it, but after 15 more minutes of trying to find someone, I gave up. They lost a star because either they need to stock up on more Candyland games, or hire at least six more people. read more

Let me start off with I love Target. I just don't love this one. It is only 10 am on a Thursday and the store looks like the day after Christmas. The shelves are not straight/stocked. Went to the toddlers/infants sections and the racks are completely unstoppable. No organization in the store what so ever. I prefer to shop at Target over Wal-Mart for my every day needs. Normally the store is quiet and not loud when I am shopping, which is always nice to have a relaxing shopping trip. Most of the time I find the employees to be helpful and asking if I need assistance. There have also been times when I am having to track down an employee for business, but Target cannot be 100% perfect all the time. I find most of what I need at Target and not have to run from store to store to find a particular item. The only thing that I don't like about Target, is always being hounded to apply for a Red Card at checkout. Yes, I do have a Red Card, but I choose to use the card wisely and you don't always have to use plastic to make a purchase, especially when most store issued cards come with a high interest rate. You have to spend x amount of dollars before you can save 10%. Take some great advice from Clark Howard and use plastic wisely. read more

I love Target and rarely need a reason to go in. This Target isn't my favorite though, as parking is always pretty congested regardless of the time of day, and, surprise surprise, so are the checkout lines. I've only been disappointed when I went looking for Christmas decorations in early December, and found they were out of a lot, but other than that and what I mentioned, i've had no real complaints. read more

I've found that this Target is often out of certain things that I need, though it's gotten a bit better lately. Still, I mostly just go to this Target when I don't feel like dealing with Pleasant Hill in order to get to the SuperTarget on Venture Drive in Duluth. The organization of the store is strange: for some reason, cosmetics are located between accessories and clothing, nowhere near relevant things like pharmacy or hair products. This is the first time I have every called this specific Targets for something that another Targets didn't have. I called to ask for a Game that's been sold out from other stores (even their competitors). The let the phone ring for about 3 minutes before picking up, the when it was answered the guy on the other end sound like he didn't want to be there. Working customer service most of my life I always try to give the worker the benefit of the doubt and still be kind to him. I asked politely did the have a specific Game and he cut me off mid sentence with the most ratchet attitude and asked "What?!" I tried to repeat myself and he did the same thing. I gave up on the name and said I'm looking for a game that just came out. He then blows out and breath and say "Hold on, wait a minute let me find somebody else for you" puts me on hold and I waited until another guy named Justin came through. Now Justin is the only reason I am giving this review 2 stars, he was completely professional and answered my questions quickly and without any attitude. I purchased a radio flyer scooter a couple of days ago. My husband and I were looking through the receipt and noticed that I was charged $39.99 for the three wheel scooter, which didn't make sense to me because when I purchased the scooter the ONLY price for any radio flyer scooter 3 wheel scooter was $23.99. So as a customer I assumed that the scooter was $23.99. Later on when I realized that they charged me for $39.99 I went back and showed them that there is only one price for a radio flyer 3 wheel scooter on the ENTIRE shelf and it says $23.99. As a customer if you're looking for a price for a product and the only price that you see is for $23.99 is it fair to assume that that is what you expect the price to be? So I asked the manager to honor the only price on the entire shelf for a any radio flyer scooter 3 wheel scooter, but she refused. Her argument was that the scooter was technically in front of a different price tag that had no relation to the product I purchased. It was a different brand all together. I went back and fourth with her and showed that there in no other pricing for a radio flyer 3 wheel scooter and and the only price listed is $23.99 for a radio flyer 3 wheel scooter my first red ( the scooter I purchased is also red). She refused to honor the price listed on the shelf as a curtesy to a customer that was confused and frustrated because target employees failed to provide the correct information. They neglected to provide the right pricing on the shelf and even when I went back two days later the price for that exact scooter was still not on the shelf. Is it my fault that they aren't doing their jobs adequately. Is it my fault that the only price provided in the whole isle for a radio flyer 3 wheel red scooter was $23.99? I wish I could share the photos because I'm sure they are just going to change it once I've left. The two red radio flyer 3 wheel scooters were right next to each other. The price was listed for one with the almost exact same name less than a foot away and not the other, but I am at fault because of what again? Oh yeah because my scooter wasn't right behind the $23.99 tag listed for the almost identically named scooter by the exact same company. This was horrible customer service for a mistake that was made by target employees, not the customer. I could understand if the price was on the shelf somewhere and someone put the product in the wrong spot, but even in that were the case the price should be honored, but this was ridiculous. While I was at target my friends and I were just having a conversation because a man with his pants down walked by us exposing himself (Keep in mind we are under the age of 18) when a white 20 year old worker(security guard) came to us telling us we need to be quite and we aren't allowed to say anything in a native language but he didn't say anything to the man with his pants down or the couple's that were making out in every area!!! This would be like a last resort place for some items that you are searching for but yet can't find in other stores. It's not like you can shop here for the name brand things that you buy from a mall. However a lot of things that you may need they have a quick fix for a lower price depending on what you may need. read more

First off I must say I have no problem whatsoever with what people wish to do with their lifes or what gender they want to be represented as, Im pretty much live and let live. However, I went to target with my 7 yr old daughter and we specifically did not go into their restrooms because I know they are gender neutral and dont feel comfortable having a guy peeying next to my daughter's stall. So we just grabbed the dress she needed for a party and we went to try ot on in the fitting rooms. When we came out we opened the stall while she was finishing getting dressed and a dude walks out of a stall next to us. It may not seem as a big deal and fortunatey nothing "bad" happened. But it was extremely uncomfortable. Us as women sometimes leave our stalls while we are chaning or even in undies to show a girlfriend or to check it in a bigger mirror.. well u cant do that here cause you may encounter someone of the opposite sex checking ur undies out or even peepping thru the stall!! Even I consider mysef a reasonable and open minded person, but this shocked me to the point that I dont want to go clothes shopping at target for fear of some psycho checking me or my daughter out. Sorry Target but I will not be shoping at your locations again until I feel comfortable and safe getting undressed in your fitting rooms. To guys this may not be a big deal but we women have to worry about protecting ourselves constantly in these types of situations. read more

Visited this location this morning, worst decision ever!! I was shopping for baby products and asked an employee about diapers and if they were more of a variety. Such a rude and unpleasant employee, all of the employees were consumed with stocking the shelves. I needed to void a product from the self checkout machine, a female Caribbean employee rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth when I needed employee passcode for the void. Im so glad that this is like the closes place near our house, about 6 minutes.. every time i come here is always the wrong time and they close, but good thing we live near here and not waste too much gas, me and my family actually come to this target at least 10-15 times in 1 month, seriously lol! I don't know why we do that?.. we like to buy our baby clothes here, only thing we didn't notice is that hey don't have wic.. which we wasted like 30 minutes of hide and seek and fail at the cashier lol!! I love how most of the items in the store if you have, it have a free gift card, so you basically get your money back to buy more stuff with them! I bought my swim short here for $24 and my baby diapers, more diapers, even more diapers, all bought at this place, baby cloths, baby Gerber, baby toys, everything baby we purchased here.
