This isn't my normal Marshall's but I was in the area for an appointment and stopped in. They are doing a great job during this crazy time of COVID-19. They are limiting the number of customers that can come in. They are also sanitizing the carts before they give you one. They have marks near the cash registers indicating how far apart people should stand in line. The cashiers spray down their area after each customer. I was impressed at how focused they are on ensuring I have a safe shopping experience. The employees were friendly and helpful. The shelves are not fully stocked yet but they were busy putting up new things while I was there. This was the third TJMaxx/Marshall's I went to today and I was super excited to find the hand soap that I needed and haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's something that I always bought at Marshall's in the past but have been unable to find for months. It seems like they are starting to get in new stock. Things are looking up. Just stopped by after visiting Ross and I purchased nothing there. I had no expectations coming here and left spending a fairly good amount if money here. The store is fairly sized, but they have a nice selection of men's cloths, ones that are actually stylist. I found a perfect pair if $108 designer jeans here for just $40. Size 33, exactly my size! A size that is hard to find as most stores only seem to want to carry 30, 32, 34, but skip us 31 and 33 guys. Their kitchen gadgets are nice, so I picked a few up and purchased a case of organic health bars. Overall pleased with the store and the staff was nice. I'd shop here again and will. read more

This location is accessory heaven. I was driving down L'ville-Suwanee Road, and like a beacon of light from the heavens above, I saw the sign for this Marshalls. I stopped, shopped, and almost dropped. A very clean store, great selection, and a nice, not-likely-to-get-stabbed shopping center. read more

The staff here was super adorable and friendly. I am impressed. Most of the time employees would just wander the sales floor tidying up with a rare, "Can I help you find something?" Even though I was here at around 8 PM on a Saturday night, the employees were still perky and friendly. There's just a comforting feeling shopping here versus the Ross (located in the same complex) which gave me a chaotic and not a very inviting feeling. Parking here wasn't painful but pretty plentiful since this location was in a large shopping complex. read more

Not one of the best Marshall's I've gone too. Not really clean, a lot of the beauty products are open and some even used. Clothes sizes are mixed with others it's just not organized at all. Won't be coming back unfortunately. read more

As an avid bargain hunter, this Marshalls is one of my favorites in the area. They carry many higher brand names (Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, BCBG, etc) and have a killer clearance selection on shoes. They have the MegaShoe department and a pretty extensive "Cube" section, targeting young adult females. I also find this place much better organized than most. Sales staff has always been very helpful and the dressing rooms are clean. Highly recommended. Happy bargain shopping! read more

I agree with Mandy on this one.. the sales rack are packed with great finds! I was on a lunch break and within 20 minutes I was able to find tons of items.. a definitely steal was a pair of Michael Kors black leather flats- for the price of tax of the original item price! The store is clean, easy to search and shop on a lunch break- and the sales lady was so sweet.. she complemented me on my beaming smile! Of course I had alot to smile about, such a great deal on a 1 hr lunch break. read more

I have shopped here for years with my family but after today I will NEVER return. I had to exchange a dress I bought but misplaced my receipt so I called ahead of time and asked if I could still exchange it they told me sure for store credit only. I brought my dress in and the line was outrageous but I waited on it for about 30-40 minutes. When I arrived to the register the guy told me I had to have my ID to exchange something.... I told him nicely they didn't tell me that over the phone and I had just waiting in line for so long. Well he didn't seem to care and refused to take me. Im extremely upset due to me being a very loyal customer, waiting a long time on line for f******* nothing, and specifically calling ahead of time to make sure I could return it and not being told to bring my ID in. Btw my ID was just outside in my car but he wouldn't let me run out and grab it really fast without having to go all the way to the back of the line which got longer since. read more

I like this Marshall's! It has many things I want and don't need (because that's why we shop, right) I like to come to this one for beauty products and particular food items. Because, it's the kind of store that it is, I may or may not find the exact product I bought the last time. However, I sometimes find nice alternatives. I often find nice items for our kinky curly hair. Whether it be moisturizer, conditioner or something for our skin, I enjoy browsing through their shelves. I also like to find unique sodas like cucumber apple or spicy ginger beer. I've also found lots of organic spices, snack and such. They staff does a good job and I've never had any issue I've the past 7+ years I've been shopping there. I will say, there have been times when I've seen areas not to clean or tidy but it doesn't stay that way. I noticed some of the reviews are left after someone has had a poor experience instead of all the many times they've had good experiences. For me and this Marshall's, the GOOD OUT WEIGH THE BAD. read more

First time at this store today and the experience was less than great. Store was super hot felt like the heat was on, and merchandise was messy and all over the store. The selection is very old and last season or even two seasons ago at this store. I will not come back here as a first choice of a Marshall's department store. read more

Good price for most of the items, discounted clearance items are the worst part here (most of them looks like used or worn out). Hey it's not a big deal - you get what you pay for. Got into an argument with the fitting room attendant because she rudely told me- not asked me- to go back and get a single hanger I forgot in the dressing room, even though the other garments I tried on were hung. Isn't that her job? I wish I got her name so I could have filed a complaint with management. read more

So I usually love coming here, but today I went into the dressing rooms to see what my sister was trying out and they always let me in and are very nice, but today I was so disappointed by the employee. She was short, had glasses and dark hair and her name was Tiff G. So I went in with my sister and didn't say anything. Then later I was waiting for my sister in the next stall putting my leg next to the door so it wouldn't shut as I was looking at myself in the mirror. Next thing I know she was coming my way and saying there's a big mirror outside and I told her I know I was just checking my hair quickly and literally it was like a minute! She kept coming back to check which made me feel uncomfortable because there was no one else in the stalls. She would make like little noises and say "you okay" but in not a nice way. It threw me off that this employee was acting like I was stealing something when clearly she gave my sister the number of items she had and I had nothing but my phone and my sisters mini wallet! Then when we got out. 5-10 minutes passed and we went back in because my sister wanted to try more things and guess what she told us...to go to the fitting room closest to her and she even guided us to it like what and why!? There was other people coming in the dressing rooms and she only handed them their numbers and didn't guide them or tell them where to go. Also I forgot to add that both times we went I kept trying to get her name on her name tag and I guess she noticed because she was telling her other co worker that there was another Tiffany right in front of me and her co worker seemed like she didn't even care. But don't worry Tiff G. I got the right Tiff. I am so disgusted and disappointed at how I was treated in the dressing rooms my this employee. read more

one of the better marshalls around, this one has a shoe megashop and a good selection of purses!! the staff has always been friendly to me, and it seems like their merchandise turns over rapidly, so there's always something new! this is my favorite marshalls in atlanta, and it makes a great lunch break destination!!! read more
