Highly recommended!

I have worked with Brad over the past three years on a variety of different types of projects and I…read morehave been continually impressed by his commitment to build quality projects. He is easy to work with because he is reliable and communicates clearly. His contracts are thorough and his pricing structure is clear and professional. He does not have hidden costs and does not overcharge for his work. I appreciate Brad's creativity- he is a yes person, so you will rarely get a "oh that won't work". Brad will find a way to make it happen because he cares about the client's happiness and values a good design. In this industry it is hard to find someone who will show up when they say they will or build something with high standards and Brad does both. He stays busy but I promise he's worth the wait!

For larger, more complex renovation projects, they are one of the very few firms we recommend without hesitation. What separates a good renovation from a great one isn't the design--it's the execution--and Brad consistently delivers at the highest level. His projects are exceptionally well run, thoughtfully detailed, and executed with care. Schedules and budgets are respected far more often than not, which is no small feat in renovation work. Beyond the quality of the work, Brad is simply one of the most honest, straightforward, and reliable professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. In my 35 years of experience on high-end, design-driven projects, his team ranks among the very best. We trust him completely and recommend Southern Magnolia without reservation.
