The workers were great, and worked hard. The manager, Sean, was very nice and knowledgable, but definitely seemed spread way too thin, which led to portions of the project being miscommunicated or missed, and having to spend extra time to get them redone. Our project consisted of replacing a couple areas of grass with artificial turf, another area with Zoysia sod, replacing some walkways, adding some landscaping, and trimming some trees. All of that was eventually done, but the turf ultimately had to be torn up, reflattened, and nailed propertly as it was ripply/bubbly at first and coming up at the sides. Some areas we had requested turf were missed at first due to confusion, lack of communication. I think they just need some better oversight by having more management resources or fewer projects so that the proper amount of time can be spent. Like I said, ultimately it ended up pretty good and the price was decent as well.

Even after a phone call to David, our lawn is now going on 3 weeks with no service. Last year, they missed doing our lawn for 5 separate weeks during the summer and early fall. I have text messages and dates to prove it. It's a never-ending battle to get our lawn mowed, and it shouldn't be this way. When the customer knows every person in the company, it's a problem. We've NEVER had this problem with another lawn maintenance company. Based on the reviews, it appears that project work is their priority and weekly maintenance is fit in IF they have time. This is no way to run a business! I guess your guaranteed monthly payments from weekly maintenance customers is not important to the business. Save yourself many headaches and go with a company who values your business! **They asked me to take down this review last year, and I did after getting the issues resolved. Or, so we thought. It's May 3rd and they have skipped doing our yard several times this year already.

Sorry to say I paid this company for many years and they were happy to keep taking my money while my property deteriorated around me. Now that I finally let them go it is going to take many THOUSANDS of dollars to rehabilitate the yard. Every bush and tree is mismanaged, overgrown, beds falling apart, huge weeds. Should a yard look like this when I have been paying consistently for 8+ years? Owner Jay and his workers never made a single recommendation for upkeep. When I asked to address one area or another they were unresponsive. All they do is mow the (ever shrinking) area of grass in the front of the house and take your money. My current rate is not cheap either at $170/month. I'm so sorry I trusted them. Don't be like me.

Posting my experience with RC Pro Solutions on Yelp; since my review was removed from their…read morewebsite. Also, updating my rating from 3 to 1 star; because the patio roof is way too low. The white posts supporting the roof should be much taller. See the design pic attached which shows what I paid and thought I was going to get. Spent +23K and feel totally duped and frustrated. I recently contracted with RC Pro Solutions to have a new patio constructed including a covered roof. This project was frustrating to say the least. I won't go into great detail here, but the lack of communication as well as transparency were two of the biggest issues dealing with this company. After several attempts to have my concerns addressed with their initial representative, Patrick stepped in as our contact and communication did improve. However, a lot of the damage was done at this point, including a failed early inspection in the process due to an improper slope of the roof. Furthermore, in our quote, it says porch roof with shingles to match the house. We had no idea that meant the porch ceiling would not be stained or painted. It wasn't until final payment was due that we were told that any painting would be a separate price. Therefore, we were left with a treated ceiling that will still need to be painted or stained to properly complete the project. Despite being in agreement with us that it was their error that this was not properly explained, RC Solutions refused to bend on including the painting once the treated wood is ready for the final finishing. So now, we are left with the need to contract with someone else to finish their job. I will admit the overall workmanship was seemingly done properly. However the posts that hold the roof were left with stains and marks which again, clearly needed to be painted along with the ceiling. It is very discouraging when you spend a lot of money on a project and get surprised in the end. Unfortunately, that was our experience with RC Pro Solutions and for that reason, I cannot rate them higher than a '3.' Customers should know exactly what is covered and not covered in any price quoted. Surprises are unacceptable! Not a satisfied customer.

A few years after that we added additional concrete to the existing driveway for the ability to better turn our automobiles around. After replacing some cracked concrete areas, the driveway looked like a checkerboard. We decided to cover it with a "tar and chip" procedure to make it all uniform. Bad idea. The second layer of stone ("chip") ended up being washed to the bottom of our driveway. Then came Robert and his application of Ace Resin. It was put on top of the concrete and the tar and chip and covered all my previous mistakes and he and his crew did it to my complete satisfaction. I understand they can use the same process on pool decks and sidewalks. The base come in many colors to satisfy anyone's tastes.

I can not recommend to use Kevin Murphy Concrete Driveways. While Kevin was extremely pleasant, and…read moreassured his warranty, he never attempted to address any of the issues with our driveway, and I attempted many times to get him to come out. The driveway was poured in wet weather and the mix of concrete was not great, because it looks like a splotchy, diseased driveway. He assured us this would fade in time (more than a few months), which is not true, as it has been 2 years. This must be his technique to get the customer to forget about the issue until you don't care anymore. There is also a corner of the driveway that has a significant jagged, surface crack - not a crack from a control joint... He never attempted to fix this either - so his warranty is worth absolutely nothing. The absolute worst, though, was the patio he poured below our deck, in which he poured concrete around our existing deck support beams, which ended up causing them to rot. At the time, I did not know this was an issue, but in researching, this should NEVER be done. Now I have to figure out how to replace the wood and cut out some of the existing patio because of a shortcut his company took to do something the absolute wrong way.
