Additionally, on the porch they performed some framing work that has turned out amazing for our entertainment. Guests we've had over say it feels like a resort. Throughout the project Mark communicated very well and was honest and upfront of all costs associated with the project. With such a large investment I was always asking Mark questions and he always picked up the phone to take the time to answer my questions. Mark knows the construction business extremely well and that wealth of knowledge made our backyard a little piece of paradise. I couldn't be more enthusiastic in recommending Artistic Landscapes for your next project, they truly know know so much about every aspect of the business.

Jay also had proposed redoing more than I originally had in mind. However, I could not have been happier with the result. Jay's team went above and beyond, providing me with a beautiful landscape that was more than I could have hoped for. I am glad I had Jay redo it all, besides leaving my palm tree, so that it could be a consistent vision. Jay also knows his plants and only plants what will grow well in this area (and factors in the sunlight each part of your house gets). He only planted deer resistant plants for me, which is a big deal because I used to get deer eating my plants every night. A few months later, so far everything except one plant (lemon ball sedum) is growing well. The sedum may have gotten too much rain recently. When I let Jay know about it, he gave me tips to improve its health and said that he will happily replace it under warranty if it doesn't get healthier soon. I give Jay the highest rating possible and highly recommend to anyone looking for new plants/landscaping.

Because he did "only" what I asked, they've wiped their hands clean of the project. I communicated to the contractor that I would have been happy to pay more money if it meant getting additional pavers installed level. There has been no proposal to fix the issue or remedy it even by payment. I found this contractor thru Belgard certified contractors because I trusted that they fully vet their contractors. I've obviously reached out to Belgard directly express dissatisfaction on the project. I've worked with numerous contactors over the years for different types of projects and this experience has been extremely frustrating. The final outcome and lack of professionalism on the back end from Matt is bothersome. Again, do not use this company.
