We discussed water supplies. I have a well and public water. Corey designed the system to integrate both water supplies, primary and secondary. RScapes was by far the most responsive and engaged in coming up with a specific plan and working out all the details to make it happen within our available funding and in a quick timeframe. When Trevor and his helper came to do the job a week later, I and our other HOA members who worked on the project were extremely impressed by their cooperative attitude, strong work ethic and design sense in arranging the plants that they had selected for our various planting beds. The second job was a complete fail . It was to replace , stain and seal my wood steps . Prior to starting I asked if we should wait until warmer weather and he said it wasn't necessary. His crew replaced the steps and did attempt to stain . The first day they looked good . Over the next 5 days it became clear that no sealant was done and the appropriate amount of stain was not applied . When contacted he said he would come back but did not call or complete the project.
