Fought hard to get my insurance company to approve R4 for remediation work after a fire. Years ago we used them for a kitchen remodel and were happy. But it's not the same people now. The work was shoddy and even worse, despite promises, they put a lien on our house over a small amount that our insurance company had outstanding. This was due to an administrative error but after recommending them they nailed us to the wall with a lien over a very small debt that was not ours to pay. So forget any loyalty between customer and business. Their workers didn't speak English and looked like they were being paid substandard wages. The lien was the final straw with R4. We had water damage in our kitchen and this was our first experience as homeowners. The extent of damage was not only to the cabinets but also the flooring. Of course our insurance company low balled us and tried convincing me that replacing only the bottom cabinet unders the sink and patching the floor was necessary. A good friend referred Jeremy and his team at R4 restoration and he was a life saver. After close inspection we not only need water remediation but extensive work to make us whole again. Jeremy and Sean were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to our every need. Because of his expertise and familiarity with working directly with the insurance companies, we were able to get a entirely new kitchen. New flooring throughout the house ( due to discontinued flooring ), all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and fixtures. My husband and I have been meeting with different contractors trying to find a company to do our renovations before we move into our new home. We met with a few before finding R4 restorations and decided to see what type of estimate they would give us (we had some give is outrageous estimates for even the smallest of jobs like pricing the master bath as a 50k job when all we're doing is changing from a single to a double vanity and replacing the shower). But then halfway during our meeting I was told by Jeremy, "I was skeptical to come out here because of the amount you said you wanted to spend" - translation: "I didn't want to come out here because I thought you were poor and couldn't afford our services". All because I asked like any NORMAL person how much something would cost. I was asked upon scheduling how much I wanted to spend so I told the lady realistically I didn't want to spend over a certain amount. That does NOT mean that was the cap budget amount. But to have the GM actually state that he was skeptical to come out because of the amount stated that I WANTED to spend (not how much I COULD spend) was highly UNprofessional. And when he found out we had already met with a few contractors before him he seemed offended and said "then why am I here". I'm sorry but I don't know of ANYBODY who meets with only 1 or 2 contractors and settles on one. I allowed him to finish doing whatever he needed to do but to be honest we will not be going with them. If their GM can speak to a potential client that way then that's not the company for us. read more

R4 Restoration did not follow through with any of their promises of qualified licensed employees. Every day I got it a unlicensed subcontractor that did not know how to do any of the work that was needed to be done. After several months we had to finally fire the company and hire a lawyer! Jeremy is extremely difficult to work with and is not forthcoming. Please do not make the same mistake! read more

R4 was a breeze to work with. I called them at 9:00am after a kitchen flood and the first truck arrived at 9:30am. Everyone was wonderful with communication about the process and getting the work done. Matthew was very accommodating checking moisture levels over the week of Christmas. Paulo had a wonderful eye for the detail and was very thorough in the rebuild. Hasani kept me in the loop every step of the way. Everyone on their team was wonderful to work with and I do appreciated all of their help understanding how the insurance side works. Nobody ever wants any type or water damage to occur to their home in the first place, but if that does happen this team makes every step of the process so much easier. I couldn't have been happier with the service! We had what started as a slow leak under our kitchen sink, which quickly developed into a geyser spraying from the top of the faucet (yes, just like in the movies, but a whole lot less funny), which flooded a few parts of the kitchen. Mold had developed underneath the sink from the slow leak, and when the waterpark opened through the faucet, both hardwood floor and carpeting was damaged. I worked with Matthew from R4 and he was really friendly, extremely responsive, punctual, and respectful. His team worked quickly, and they were considerate of the fact that I have two small children so everything needed to be as clean and safe as possible. Matthew was always able to answer questions for me, and he made working with my homeowners' insurance 100% easier and less anxiety-provoking. I've used them for years and they respond quickly in an emergency, they do a super thorough job and the customer service is great. With the two times I had water damage they were there within a few hours cleaning up and getting things started. Recently I was able to have them come and disinfect the dentist office where I work, Johns Creek Dental Associates. And they did great job as usual. They helped us isolate some open rooms and installed negative pressure filtration systems for us. It was great having professional help and they even provided some awesome photos and video footage for us to use in our social media posts. I hired R4 Restoration / Briemer Construction to renovate my home after a water damage claim. I had to resort to getting a lawyer and serving Jeremy after failing to replace items in my home. An employee did not factor in the removal of a window in my bathroom. The option they gave was to build over a window which would remain visible to the outside. His crew ripped out my tub and shower and refused to pay me for it. The company was paid for items that were not installed. They were fired.. Beware they function under multiple names. The owner is also disrespectful in the way he speaks to women. They will make customers sign contracts to NOT allow bad reviews. It will be in line 3 of their contracts. Good reviews may be fake. Severe weather (rain/wind) due to Irma caused a leak in the roof. It leaked onto the ceiling and walls in one our rooms. The roof needed to be replaced. Also the dry wall from the walls and ceiling needed to be removed and dried out. The room was re-painted. R4 responded almost immediately and started working on the damage. They were upfront about what they needed to do and were very professional. The owner Jeremy was great to deal with. He explained how the claim and invoices would work with my insurance. He also answered his phone anytime I had any questions or concerns. The employees he sent to my house did a great job. The work was done very well. There were no complaints. Scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks out since that was as soon as they could come and longer than I wanted. Day came they didn't show. Called, they had no idea what I was talking about. Asked them to reschedule, they called back said they don't go that far. I had taken off for the estimate. I just want to repost what I wrote on Angie's List. R4 has been fabulous to work with. Once we hired R4 Restoration it went well. Initially our insurance company (Travelers) could not agree on a price with our repair/restoration company which gave a quote of $50,000. This took over 2 months with a hole in our roof trying to get Travelers to agree on a price with our contracted restoration company. After a lot of aggravation and rats in the house (from being open to the outside), we asked Travelers Insurance for their preferred Vendor list and that is how we found R4. I believe their quote was $27,000 (much less than the other bid) although I believe our first contractor then matched their price. We decided to go with the Insurance company's preferred vendor R4. They are a class act. They have "teams" for every aspect of the restoration process. And each team is an expert in their field. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly they boxed up EVERY item in our daughter's bedroom, closets, bathroom and attic where the damage was. And EVERY item was returned having been professionally cleaned. Each box was marked as to what was in it. And important to me..I totally trusted the ladies who boxed up her items. Trusting strangers can be scary. I can't tell you why but I felt confident that these ladies wouldn't steal a piece of chewing gum! The coordinator Paulo oversees the project . He would text me to get my schedule to let the teams know when they could come. It took months to get our work done but that is because we were out of town some of the time and I did not want anyone in our home if I wasn't there. That's not to say that their teams are not trustworthy because I wholeheartedly believe they are. This company is professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They protected our hardwood floors and all carpeting before the process began. Maybe I can attach a picture of the protection on the carpet and hardwoods. I cannot say enough positive things about R4 Restoration. I am a stickler for good communication. I got immediate responses from Paulo, Bayardo, Ernesto and also from John if I ever had any concern or question. They are FABULOUS to work with! And their work is excellent! read more
