Fought hard to get my insurance company to approve R4 for remediation work after a fire. Years ago…read morewe used them for a kitchen remodel and were happy. But it's not the same people now. The work was shoddy and even worse, despite promises, they put a lien on our house over a small amount that our insurance company had outstanding. This was due to an administrative error but after recommending them they nailed us to the wall with a lien over a very small debt that was not ours to pay. So forget any loyalty between customer and business. Their workers didn't speak English and looked like they were being paid substandard wages. The lien was the final straw with R4. Stay away.
