That means the roof isn't actually connected to the outside wall AND he saw squirrels going in the gap! Our pest control folks have set a trap and will close the gap in a week. During the project, their staff were very committed to working extra hours to meet the deadline. The project leader - Christian - was very helpful on identifying the uncovered issues and explained to us what they need and how they were going to fix the issue. During the walkthrough, we identified some minor issues and Tyler - the founder of the Company - was there so we could show us these minor issues and BlueBuilt sent their staff back to fix the issue.
