Pro roofing 770-777-1733 A shout out to Pro- Roofing and Siding for making our 1979 home look like a new build with a combination of Hardy shakes and board and batten. Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. There were two errors in the construction of the gutters and gutter guards Pro Roofing & Siding installed for me that were discovered after the first rains. First, at a corner of the gutters and guards over my wood deck, it would continue to drip vigorously and create a puddle on my wood deck for up to 24 after the stoppage of rain. This told me that a lot of water was remaining in that corner gutter. Secondly, they failed to discuss that I would need flashing on each side of my chimney to push away rain from the side of my chimney. Now, I have gushes of rain on each side of my chimney. We tried for weeks to get them to come out to make the repairs. It was just constant texts and apologies from them, but no action. Finally, one guy did come out and he admitted that he could not fix it. He said the original subcontractors would need to fix it. That never happened. After even more complaining, another crew finally came out, dismantled my gutter and gutter guard in that corner and reassembled it. When they were done, I asked them what they did. They actually said they didn't know. So, nothing was resolved and nothing was ever said about the flashing. Adding insult to injury, they took out my mailbox upon main installation. Luckily, they had to come back the next day, so I was able to determine the replacement cost and withhold it from there final payment. I cannot in good faith recommend this company. read more

My home recently had some water issues and over a few weeks it progressed to coming into the place in a couple of locations. Obviously, it was necessary to get that fixed, but I couldn't remember the name of company that installed the roof about 20 years ago. I checked around and my brother mentioned he had used Pro Roofing and Siding for some patchwork at his place. I appreciate my brother's recommendation on this and decided to make that call. Within a couple of days, a couple of individuals came out to review the situation and inform me of what was essential to fix it. Thankfully they were able to pinpoint the area where the problems were with their drone equipment and they showed me what was needed to correct things, and given my lack of knowledge on house repairs, they walked me through what was next. In addition, after walking around to show me what they could do via the naked eye, we talked about some of the siding work that was deteriorating on my bay window and they gave me a price to consider if I was interested in having that done as well. Once the weather was clear enough to do each job, the process took two days and the crews made sure to clean up any of debris left behind. My final review wouldn't be complete until we had a heavy thunderstorm to show me if the work held and after a couple of days of rain, and no water entering the house, I was certainly satisfied with the outcome. Pro Roofing and Siding is a company I would certainly recommend to friends needing repair work, and I believe you'd enjoy working with them as well. I hired Pro Roofing and Siding to caulk my windows and paint my awnings. For the price, I was expecting the awnings to be sprayed but they painted them with a brush. They left lots of drips and I've had them back out a couple of times to make it tolerable. It never occurred to me to ask how they would be painting them. I wish I would have just done them myself. found their customer service to be lacking and their "foreman", Hafid, to be dismissive and rude. I was accused of trying to get my money back because I wanted the job to be done correctly. I will finish scraping off the drips and touching up the paint myself. I paid for the whole house to be pressure washed. You would think they'd clean the window ledges before they slathered caulk on them. More than likely, I will have to have this redone. I based hiring the on their reviews. I don't know if all the good workers left or all the good reviews I saw were written by friends and family. read more

*** RED FLAG *** I'm going to try and be brief about this experience dealing with this company. I was asked to come in for an interview with Robin in which I has shown up 15 minutes beforehand. Robin did not show up until 30 minutes later. (Red Flag #1). So let's get this next part started. Not only did she show up late but her dress was way too short for this profession but the lace slip was showing. (Yes I was debating to walk out at this point, Red Flag #2). We spoke for 3 minutes and then she decided to answer a phone call, took notes and scheduled an appointment for someone all while conducting an interview! (Red Flag #4). This is extremely unprofessional as they were others in the office that could have taken this phone call. After she hung up we spoke again for about 3 more minutes and wanted to know if I would wait 2 weeks before starting training. I said "well the the sooner the better" she then tells me she's going to speak with the person doing the training to see if they could start me the next day and I would receive a phone call shortly after I left the interview. Did I receive a phone call later that day? Of course not! (Red Flag #5). I did get a phone call late the next day asking if I would shadow someone. I agreed and I was sent a google meet invite for this via e-mail. Well today was the day for the shadow and guess what.. Nobody else got on the call for 20 minutes. (Red Flag #6) So I hung up and began writing this. This place is very unprofessional and Robin needs to be placed in another role at minimum. Almost forgot to mention I was initially told this position would be Mon-Fri only for Robin to tell me it is also every other Saturday. (Red Flag #7). read more

Clark came out from Pro Roofing. He was very nice and informative, plus he said he had been doing this for 30 years! Seemed like a promising solution. He spent about two hours with us. Later we realized he wasted our time. Told us when to expect the estimate from him and he never sent it. He kept promising it the next day, next day... and then had excuses. When he did send it (over a week later), it was not close to what was discussed. All the details of the job, materials, window types, etc., were not correct. It was very frustrating! BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give them zero stars I would. Dealing with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. We originally dealt with Scott earlier in the year to repair a leak over a bay window. After paying over $1,000 the leak was not fixed. We contacted them again and they had to come back out 3 more times! This is after the fact I had to pay someone else to come repair drywall and repaint, which was completely ruined as the leak was not fixed as promised ( waste of money and no care by the Pro roofing).My husband was dealing with Scott ( who was completely unreliable in responses) up until this week when he called and was informed that Scott no longer works for the company ( wow... thanks for letting all his customers drop) The girl who answered the phone when my husband was informed let him know someone would call him that day.. What do you know, no call. It took me calling back the next day to complain and ask for a manager to call to get a response. BTW.. they seem to use the same excuse every time you call that " they just stepped out". My husband talked to the manager and she was pleasant and assured us they would be out today to address our issues. This is where it gets worse... Kelvin arrives at our house and first tells my husband that its a siding issue and not the roof ( so what did you fix for $1,000 before?!) Then after looking at it again says they can fix it but will need a gutter guy to come out and it will cost us $500. I dont understand why he would think the customer is responsible for a problem they were paid to fix and obviously are not competent enough to do so. Kelvin had terrible customer service! He argued with my husband and said " Im not Scott so dont be mad at me." Excuse me? You are representing the company we have problems with and clearly dont stand by your work. He didn't even try to say " let me see what I can do. I will talk to the manager". Nothing. Argumentative and told my husband to "stop spitting venom at him" What kind of professional representative says that?! I have never had such a terrible experience! I will be sure to let everyone know of our experience and if I were you I would use anyone else before them. We are now out $1,000 and still have a leak. read more

TAKE YOUR TIME AND MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION! I contacted this business to get an estimate for what appeared to be a leak along the side of my roof. When it comes to the big roofing companies, they seem to be very similar in terms of their initial approach. You will likely get an immediate response, a follow-up e-mail confirming your appointment for the estimate and you will get a call from the rep when he is on the way to your home. However, that is where things can deviate. For example, the rep can arrive as a salesman in his personal car wearing a polo and slacks or he can arrive as a roofer in the company tee, jeans, appropriate shoes and driving the company truck. I like the "roofer approach" because I need him ready to get up on the roof to do a complete and thorough inspection. You cannot deliver a thorough estimate if you haven't conducted a thorough inspection. The Pro Roofing rep simply could not conduct a thorough examination of our roof because he was dressed in casual business attire and not "roofing attire". The guy that we actually hired was able to give us a more detailed assessment based on his thorough examination of the primary area and the side area that can't be seen from the ground. When it comes to my roof, I can't leave anything to chance and I need to make sure that once it is repaired, there will be no subsequent leaks. Another problem I had with the company was their estimate. They actually sent two estimates that were separated by repair of the underlying problem and replacing and painting of the boards and the actual repair of the leaking area. RED FLAG! I have one house and one problem so I only require one estimate. The repair estimate was fine and clearly written by the rep because it hit the key points that we discussed. However, that painting estimate was a real deal breaker since it contained the following, (cut and pasted): Replace Damaged Siding Item Repair damaged boards. Paint boards to match as close as possible. Sub Total: $1,850.00 There was no way to even respond to this estimate, because it was so incomplete. (What boards, how many?, where are they located- front, side?). For that amount of money, you had better break it down and be specific. Paint boards to match as close as possible, (not an option) they need to match the color of my house with the exact paint. Close enough is not good enough and not acceptable. Pro Roofing, you need to make sure that you request and use paint provided by the customer and then you need to explain to the customer how that paint may differ from the house paint due to weatherization. Although I knew this, this is still a conversation that should be had between the customer and rep since the rep has no way of knowing what the customer does and does not know. Although there were some issues, I really could not award less than three stars because we actually liked the rep. He was warm and professional and he answered all of our questions. Although he was not really dressed for the task, he did pull a ladder out of his car and examine part of the damaged area toward the front of the roof. So he gets points for that. Bottom line, We chose to go with the company that we thought would best address our concerns based on a very detailed estimate. Also, this was also the only company that gave me a follow-up call, (Pro Roofing did not), because I had literally moved this decision to the side as I was distracted by other matters. Smart move! ***Got a leak or a problem? Don't panic and don't make a rash decision. Take your time and make sure that you get a very THOROUGH estimate from a couple of companies. read more

I hired Pro Roofing and Siding to do some major repairs on the outside of my 30 year old house. They did carpentry work, new gutters, replaced my chimney cap and repaired the siding on my chimney and painted the entire exterior. They were on time, very professional and did everything I asked plus. In the past I have had very bad experiences with contractors, in this case I HIGHLY recommend this company. Scott the sales person who first came to my house was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a written quote before he left (Other companies took up to 3 days). I had a roof that leaked on my TV in the living room. Pro-Roofing replaced everything on the chimney outside and replaced the sheet rock inside and painted it. They did not leave until I was happy with their work and it took a lot to get this done. I also had my living room and dining room painted by Pro-Roofing. The men were on time, courteous, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. In the beginning they removed all my pictures and moved all the furniture and stuff away from the walls, and when they were finished painting they replaced everything and that was a real job in itself. I went with this company not because they were the most reasonably priced, because their estimate came in thousands of dollars higher than other highly rated roofers in the area. I went with this company despite that because they claimed to be able to perform other work that, I found out later, they were not qualified to perform. Had I known their tactics I would've definitely went with another company, as there are plenty of roofers in the area that have been in business for many years and who are highly rated but not as pricy. Hopefully the roof holds up because I suspect I'll have to sue this company in order to force it to comply with the terms of the warranty. read more
