When they heard that the insurance company wasn't going to pay for it, they ghosted me. I had been trying for a couple of months. I met Mike Roberts standing in front of a home in my neighborhood as the Roofer Express team was pulling off the old shingles. I was riding by on my way to work, so I turned around and got his card. I asked him to look at my house and give me a quote. I had the quote by the next morning. Then I did my research. Hmmm... A+ on BBB.org, good reviews, and the neighbor gave them a glowing recommendation. I don't know roofing companies, so those sorts of things make a big difference. I got three quotes. Two were in about the same ballpark, including Roofer Express, and the third was more expensive. Mike Roberts impressed me with his timely response and the effort he put into answering my questions. The installation process went very smoothly. Mike Roberts maintained good communication throughout the project. The pre-installation walkthrough answered my questions and gave me a good understanding of what I needed to do to be ready for installation day. The materials arrived on schedule the night before the install. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Mike Roberts was also the project manager and was on-site for most of the day to ensure everything went smoothly. He identified minor items for his team to address and made sure they were taken care of. When my wife had to leave for work, he made sure there was a clear path for her to get out. Getting a new roof can be messy, but they didn't leave a mess behind. They cleaned up thoroughly, and our plants and garden were all in good shape at the end of the project. I didn't think it would matter, but yes, our new roof makes the house look better. Unfortunately, now the paint stands out as needing a refresh. When the time comes, I'll be calling Mike. Few weeks ago, had a leaking problem on sunroom back of my house and called this person again to fix it. He came to check the problem and gave me a estimate $1100 for 14ft x 24ft sunroom. And we decided to make it for $1000 because I tried to pay in cash. So, we both agreed to fix sunroom roof for $1000 and I was waiting for him for few days but did not show up. I sent text message and called him several times but didn't answered the phone and reply for text message. And I found out that he just blocked my number.
