Tree time removed and disposed of over 40 large pines and sweetgums from our yard in less than 3…read moredays. We were impressed with their service at all levels. Their pricing was clearly the best of several bids. The trees were all in tight quarters and had to be roped out. They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently. After the log truck came a few days later they came back to clean up the mess. If you have major tree work to do you should get a proposal from Tree Time before you decide. Refused to get the roof repaired in a timely manner despite inclement weather coming. Owner starts harassing (at 7PM) days me after I left a 3 star review. Failed to complete the project by removing the limbs over my house as stated in the contracted. I was charged over $5000 for perfunctory work ( that ultimately was not completed) and then get harassed when honest reviews are left. My husband requested trees be removed from my property because they are destroying our sidewalks…read moreand driveway. And when I say it was a whale oiled machine and the ultimate exhibition of teamwork and professionalism! They executed the job immediately upon arrival, they took three trees down and cleaned up our yard and in front of our house beautifully! I'm not sure how much he's paid for the service. But he was very satisfied with the amount that he paid to have the trees removed based on our experience. Also, there was one stump that we wanted cut down a bit more and they did so without any hesitation. They're coming back to take down trees in the backyard as well.

My neighbors and I needed some trees pruned or removed, so I suggested Atlanta Arbor. I have used…read morethem several times in the past and have been very happy with their services. Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

How shall I describe these tree climbing and cutting geniuses? Their skills and talents are beyond…read morewords. Their work is like a ballet, only way up high in the trees. No tutus involved. OK, enough of the flowery stuff. There are four members in the crew, and each is skilled in a particular aspect of the field of cutting down trees. I've seen a lot of tree crews, and these guys are top notch. They showed up on time, I had to get the utility company to do a power drop, and then the members swiftly got to work, dropping the trees that could be a problem for my power line first. By noon, those trees were gone, and I called up the power company to say they could reconnect the power, which they did at about 1 PM. (Hidden praise for Walton EMC buried in here. Based on past experience, I wouldn't begin to expect the same level of service from the power company that has the word 'Georgia' in their name. YMMV.) I was so pleased I paid them a bit extra and gave the crew some of my stash of hash. No, that's not quite right. Fudge. Yes, that's it! Fudge, that I had purchased the day before in St. Augustine. I had a total of four trees taken down and absolutely everything was to my satisfaction, a thing that is quite rare these days. There are 3 pictures attached below. I have more, but posting them online might give the government hints as to where I am, and that's just not on. It might involve the hash, mentioned before. :) Cheers, to one and all Satisfied Customer.
