When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! Disappointing experience While other property owners…read morereported great experiences, mine was marred by a code non-compliance and broken item. After The Roof Clinic replaced my roof, I discovered the roof-to-edge section was not up to current building code. It took three months of back-and-forth just to get them to bring it up to required building codes. In addition, there were a few lifted shingles, several nail pops, and their team left debris in my sun tunnel. Recently, it came to my attention that a crucial coupler on the sun tunnel was broken during construction. When I brought the broken coupler to management's attention, Eric's initial response was that their warranty "only covers leaks." Evidently, if the crew breaks your property, you are expected to foot the bill. Although Eric agreed to review the repair estimate, over two weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing since. It is now more than 20 months since the roof was replaced and I am still devoting time and energy on this roof replacement. Courteous, yes; exterior clean up, very good. Professional and prompt, sense of accountability, No.

I've been in contact with him for months now trying to set up an insurance claim with him he will not provide insurance and try to have a payout as an alternative which he agreed to, and did not want to go through insurance, which I had preferred. Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. Hopefully the insurance works quickly or Parker gets back in contact with me or my husband to finally resolve this. And just to know the damage was very expensive. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.

They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.
