When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall. Well, Monday came and went and I heard nothing from anyone, so I called the number that was listed in his reply and left a voicemail asking for a call back to schedule an estimate or discuss further. It has now been more than a month and I still haven't heard from this company. If they are this bad at communicating from the start, I would not have high hopes for actually working with them. I was disappointed since the Yelp reviews were promising. I'm glad that others have had better experiences with Knoble Engineering and was hoping I would be able to add to their positive reviews, but unfortunately that was not the case.
