The paint chip was about the size of half of a dime. I brought my car here and they charged me 1/5 the price of Tesla and Half the price of anyone else. I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Next Day I'm driving and starts to rain and I see water dripping from the top of the windshield in my truck. Thankfully this didn't happen overnight or else the water would've destroyed my $1150 Stereo system. I put a plastic bag over my stereo and Stoney's came back in 3 days (after the weekend) to re-glue my windshield. Overnight my floor boards filled with water that weekend. After they reglued I notice by back up cam monitor/rear view mirror isn't working and the cable run up through the windshield. They actually were the reason the leak happened in the first place, Stoney's pushed the cables in with glue on it and created a hole in the glue. I buy another rear view monitor for the back up cam. It gets no power either. So I know the power cable was damaged running up through the windshield either water damage or being pinched from the windshield install. All that takes me 4 weeks to figure out. My truck smells like mildew on the inside still from all the water that had leaked into the truck. I tell them that it's going to cost me $150 to reinstall the power line to the rear view monitor and I need to get the inside of the truck shampood from the water damage of their windshield install. They responded saying if I had complained right away about the damage they would have addressed it. But because I tried to fix it myself and waited 4 weeks to tell them, they can't take fault for why my back up camera now doesn't work and my truck smells like mildew. So now fixing those things will cost me as much as getting the windshield replaced.
