I had a minor car accident that tore off my passenger side mirror and left a small dent and scratches on the passenger side doors. I'd mentioned the accident to my friend, Yelper Alison L., and she said there's a service that comes to you and fixes small collision repairs and that she found the service on Yelp. After a Yelp search, an email and a phone call, Mike G. of Convenient Collision Solutions came out the next day to fix my car. Never has a car repair been so easy. I didn't have to take my car anywhere, I didn't have to wait long for the repair to be completed (Mike took all of 15 minutes to do the work), and the price was reasonable (under $150). Why are people driving around with lightly damaged cars when a service like this is available?! I've included pictures of my car before and after. If you can't tell, Mike also cleaned the duct tape off my window (I'd initially used the duct tape to keep the mirror from flapping in the wind.) That's extra service! We used CCS recently to repair the front fender of our 2011 Kia Sorrento. We bought the car with the damage and had always intended to get it fixed. I hate driving around and getting estimates because we don't live anywhere NEAR any body shops. I found CCS listed online and reached out. They came out to my house the same day I called to do an estimate. Their price was better than what we'd received elsewhere. Plus, CCS could do the repair right in our driveway. I wouldn't need to take the car, arrange for a ride, etc. Plus, I didn't even need to be home! CCS came out when scheduled and did excellent work. The bumper is as good as new, and outside of the fixed damage, I can't even tell they were there (no mess...not garbage laying around). CCS is awesome! When I backed into a concrete column in a parking deck, my fender and front door were so bent my door could barely close. Mike from CCS was extremely responsive and even came to my apartment the next day to give me a quote. The quote was way more reasonable than quotes given to me by other body shops in the area, and Mike offered to even do the repairs right in my apartment garage. On the day I got my repair done, Mike and Joe did an amazing job on my car, and the final price was exactly what I had been originally quoted. My car looks basically new (pictures below)! I was blown away when I saw how good it looked-they did an excellent job with the repairs and matched the paint perfectly. Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience with CCS as most of the reviewers here. Honestly, I am not even sure what happened, but for some reason MIke has decided to leave me hanging with an unfinished job. After over three weeks of emails and voicemails, I am assuming that he has decided to abandon this particular job. Just to be clear... I have had one other job done by Mike and his team and they did a pretty good job for a reasonable price. The technician had to come back out to fix some problems with the paint work, but overall it would have been a 3.5 out of 5 experience. However, the one thing that really bothers me the most is poor customer service. I understand that these guys are probably busy, but completely snubbing a customer's emails and calls for weeks is unacceptable in my opinion. Just a simple "Hi, we are very busy but will be out to address your damage as soon as possible" would have sufficed. That brings me to now. I had a two part repair (some paint work, followed by some paintless dent repair) that required two separate appointments. So, the paint repair guy came out and did the initial repair. The paint work looked (and still looks) very hazy with some "orange peel" texture. Joe (the paint guy) assured me that it was normal and just needed to be buffed once fully dried. So I PAID HIM IN FULL and he said he would stop by in the coming few days to buff the bumper. Of course, I have never heard from him or Mike. So I emailed Mike to start the process of booking a time for the dent repair and have never heard back from him. I emailed at the end of each week and then called to leave a voicemail. I have made every attempt (completely courteously) to get in touch with him, but I am tired of waiting. Interestingly, when I needed a quote for the job, Mike came out the SAME DAY. I just wish he had the same sense of urgency about actually satisfying his customers. So now I have a hazy painted bumper that paid in full for and dents that I still need to get fixed. Like several of the other reviewers - I found out about this service because they advertise at the building my employer leases from - CBRE property. The technician did a great job - technically speaking - but he was a little lacking in the customer service department - in fact - he was quite rude. I didn't let it bother me too much because the the job was just so phenonemal. In summary: This service was awesome! I emailed Mike pictures of the damage to my car and he was able to quote me within about a day. We then scheduled a (free) in-person quote. He simply drove to my office's parking deck in Midtown Atlanta and it only took a few minutes for him to assess the damage and give me some honest feedback. Afterward, he emailed me a more concrete quote and even gave me options of repairs I could exclude in order to cut my costs (i.e. fender blending for my particular make and color). The only drawback of this service is that it may take a few days of emailing and scheduling before you can nail down a date for the repairs. Your car would likely need to still be drivable for this service to apply for you. Unfortunately, he couldn't schedule my repairs until a date that was about 2 1/2 weeks from the day I decided to use CCS. BUT I requested he squeeze my repair in if he had any cancellations and he was able to repair my car a week ahead of schedule! As far as the actual repairs, it was almost unbelievable service. His repairman called me and met me around lunchtime at my office. I simply left my car with him at the top of my parking deck and within about 2 hours I had a completely new, freshly painted hood, repaired headlights and an adjusted radiator! Mike also took the time to text me updates about repairs and how the costs were going to shake out as the repairs took place. After the repair was complete, Mike had joined the repairman at the deck and my car looked great! Overall, I would highly recommend this VERY convenient service. This was an excellent experience. Very responsive after I submitted an online request for a quote. I received a call back within one hour, and received an in-person quote later that day at my office, without having to drive my car anywhere. I asked for similar quotes from at least 10 other places, and the cost of repair was similar to all of them. The mobile repair service was well - worth the value, since the worst part of car repairs is having to take 2 to 3 hours out of the day to drive there and wait. The only hiccup was the wait time to get an appointment, but that likely speaks to the quality of work and high demand for these services. read more

Mike(CEO) was great and easy to work with. An excellent example of a good business man. I simply emailed photos of my car to request a quote. Within 24 hours I received a reasonable response with a detailed estimate. My only complaint is the turn around time to get someone out to do the repair. This can also be considered a compliment because it could mean that they are in high demand. Joesph the auto body mechanic dispatched to my car, arrived at my office promptly at 10am and had me to bring my car to the top of the parking deck. We walk around the car together, confirmed price, then I handed over my keys. The VERY best part is that I was able to walk back into work knowing that my car would be finished when I walked out! GREAT service! A mom & pop type of business that you can trust. I had gotten a scratch and a small dent on my back right bummer of my black Lexus IS 250, and I sent Mike pictures of the damage. Mike then came out to my apartment complex parking deck in Midtown to take a look at the damage in person to give me an actual quote (for free). Within a couple of hours, Mike had e-mailed me a quote. The price was pretty reasonable and in-line with what I was expecting to pay based on other quotes that I had also obtained. I decided to scheduled an appointment, and the next available appointment was 2 weeks out (however, I wasn't surprised after I saw the great work they did on my car!). Joe George (works for Mike) came out to repair my car. He came to my apartment complex (which was very convenient) and told me that he'd have everything fixed in about two hours. Within about an hour and a half, Joe told me everything was good to go. When I went to check it out, I was AMAZED at how brand-new my car looked. I was SO impressed by Convenient Collision Solutions!! What I thought was going to be a huge hassle and expense to fix (a lot of small scratches from other car doors hitting the side of our white BMW), turned out to be no problem at all for Mike at CCS. He came to our house at a pre-set time, and was very prompt. He made the scratches disapear like magic and made the problem-area look as good as new. The solution ended up being so simple that he waived the fee - which is just unheard of in this day and age.
