Close your eyes and point. We closed our eyes and pointed about 5 times, and got quotes from each. Action Auto Glass came in with the lowest price. For the most part, glass is glass, so the lowest price wins in my book. They come to your car wherever it may be, glass was installed in about 1 1/2 hours. They did a good job.

The booking process was easy, I paid my $50 deposit, and was scheduled the very next day. Nick called me when he was on the way and was there in about 25 min. He was fast, it took him about 45 mins to finish my replacement. Here's where things got tricky. Nick charged me full price. I had to call to be refunded my deposit. So the day after installation I noticed my Bluetooth microphone was not working in my car. I called Nick to see if he did something to it, which he stated "oh yea, I might have cut your mic wire. I meant to tell you yesterday." Not only did he cut my mic wires, he connected it to the window and stuffed the cord in the side panel, trying to cover up his mistake. He then goes on to tell me since I had an aftermarket radio he's not responsible for the damage. But that's not all. Nick popped out my side panels and did not fix them, the installation work is supper sloppy, and today when I took the tape off, part of the sealant came off. I'm absolutely disgusted in the manner my car was left. and to take no accountability for it is insane. I will never ever let this man touch my car, nor will I ever recommend this company to anybody.

He made the recommendation for me to use this company instead, and they sent out Bernard Cook (technician) within 24 hours. This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. Auto Glass Atlanta quoted me $330 on the phone so I called back on Friday and scheduled service for Monday. They came out to my job during the time period they told me. He called beforehand to let me know he was 20 minutes away and he pulled up right on time. It took only 35 minutes for them to replace my windshield and it looks awesome! There were no hidden fees and I even asked the tech if he would accept a tip and he declined. I will definitely be using this company again if anything happens to my car!
