Best car wash in the area! I rarely write reviews but with the level of attention, detail, and customer service received today I had to share. I have been to many car wash in the area over the years but never completely satisfied with quality. Today, I figured I would go some place new and I'm so happy I did! They even took the time the look over the car before handing back my keys and then went above and beyond to help clean off some paint marks. Oh my gosh I love and have missed this car wash! I don't know of anything like this on my side of town!! You pull up and they take the pressure washer and they hand wash your car they use brushes sorry I forgot to take pictures of that. Then when you come out the owner German lady comes and takes the air hose and blows the stuff that's between your seats and on the side of your seats and in the crevices of your dashboard and everywhere there's not a speck of dirt or dust when they are done. Then my inside windows are all nice and shiny my car looks amazing and feels so nice and so much cleaner! Service today was impeccable and I am a very happy girl! For my van it was $35 plus an extra 10 no pressure clean my mats and it was worth every penny and $45! I visited this car wash a few weeks ago and I highly recommend this spot. When I arrived there was a car ahead of me being serviced. My car wash was $20 to wash the outside and detail the inside. They move very fast because they have several employees working on one vehicle at a time. I sat inside of my car while the outside was being washed. Once you move your vehicle out of the washing tunnel then they have a small waiting area. My car was finished within 45 minutes. They did a really great job. read more

They work quickly but they are popular on Saturdays so sometimes there is a line. If you're in a rush only get your exterior cleaned because they are very thorough cleaning the interior so that takes a few minutes. These people are hard workers and deserve all their business. My husband gets all of his dealer cars detailed here and has always had a good experience so I thought I'd give it a go myself. Always better to have a "hand wash" wash for your vehicle vs. the drive-thru wash. Nicer on the paint, etc, etc. Their prices for a full detail! HOLY COW!!! About 1/2 the price from the competitors next door! I have a 4Runner, so for a wash/dry, vacuum, dash and windows cleaned and policed, and tire shine it cost me $35! At the Car Spa their price is double if not more the more you want to get done. Their customer service is always horrible, they take forever, don't know what's going on (read my review for more details). Here, the staff is nice, explained what was included, took my car on through, full detail, done quick and RIGHT, and the manager comes by to check their work. If something is not done right, she lets them know and it gets fixed. They did a wonderful job! Dash wasn't too sticky and shiny, I have a German Shepherd and they got ALL of her hair out, so job well done guys! Even put the seats up to make sure they got it all. Great place, only con is its very hard (depending on the time of day) to get out of. Going back on Windy Hill is a nightmare, but the job for the price is well worth it. read more

Horrible service and scammers! I brought my car to have it washed here And they told $60 to wash it in/out including shampoo. I thought it was a good deal so I went for it. Came to pick up the car after they were done and the car is still dirty on the inside. The car has not even been vacuumed. Went back talking to the owner and now he's asking me $200. He said: "I will vacuum the car for you (like he was doing me a favor) But if you want me to shampoo the car is going to be $200. I've been coming to this spot for years! It's a small hidden gem behind the chevron on windy hill and cobb Pkwy. I've had great experiences and a few not so great and I've come to one conclusion. They're great at doing the basic car wash options. They are detailed on those and the fact the owners are constantly there ensures the quality remains on the things on the normal packages.. detail Work lacks lots of attention to detail. If you ask for your seats cleaned Sometimes they will use the machine that cleans really well and sometimes they will try to hand wash which makes your car smell like body odor. The prices are fair if you're getting just interior or exterior I believe it's $21 for the 'combo'. HOWEVER When you start going into detail work it all goes down hill. Sometimes it's $5 per seat sometimes it's $10. Sometimes shampoo is included sometimes it's not. There is no waiting room so if it's winter expect to freeze outside while they do their thing. If it's summer expect to melt. There will always be a wait! If you just need a basic service done in and out this is the place to go; if you need any extra detail work go to bubbles down the street. read more

This is my favorite car wash ever! The workers move pretty fast and try to get you out as soon as possible. This is definitely a change because most establishments you visit, the young folk are moving like zumbies so my experience was quite refreshing. The car wash is behind the Chevron on Windy Hill and Cobb Parkway. You pull your car into the garage and the workers hand wash your vehicle. The workers are extremely detailed and have never missed a spot. I typically pay $8 for an outside wash and clean the inside myself. I love this spot. If you have never been here you must try it. I was not disappointed in the German Hand Car Wash at all. For a mere $21 these guys hand washed my vehicle and cleaned it quite well on the outside as well as the inside. Considering the cheap price, the quick service (I recommend going in the early morning or else you're going to be standing out in 100 degree weather and the workers may be a bit tired by later in day) and the quality of their clean, which was absolutely worth the $21, I'd highly recommend sticking to the 3 pakacges they offer to anyone. read more
