I drove up to talk to them on Wed. The lady and gentleman there were super friendly. They were able to help me with getting my insurance install location switched. Come to find out they are a preferred provider. Lifetime warranty on install. They assigned Albert as my installer. 2 days later I get the call he was on the way.
