My tint rolled up 2 days later. They had me bring my car in. The technician looked it over and felt it was the extremely tight window seal that caused the issue. They replaced my Tint on that particular window. After looking over the rest of the windows. They felt that they needed to just redo all the door windows. So. They had me drop it off early Saturday and by 12 noon. It was ready to roll. Looks just as good as the first time. So. We are all human. Sometimes things just don't work out as planned. A little more effort would be appreciated by waiting customers, especially those that have work to do / could be working while they wait. Once they confirmed the arrival, we came to this location since it needed calibration and was greeted by Tricia, who was really friendly, helpful and professional. She knew my parents from setting up the appointment, and was super helpful when I came to drop the vehicle off. Said she would call when it was completed, and sure enough the estimated time was on the dot. Michael was the technician that replaced the windshield and he did a great job too. I wondered if the Peach Pass and I-pass from IL would be transferred, and it was handled as if I put new ones on! Michael was also very kind to my parents, and that always gives me a comforting feeling since they're elderly. I was very happy with everything. We were touch late with traffic when picking up the car. Ian (the manager) and Tricia were both still there, waiting for us. Didn't give any grief, was so pleasant to deal with this entire situation. They direct billed our auto insurance so we paid our comp deductible and we were on our way. Nobody is ever in a good mood when you have a crack, chip, or need a replacement windshield. Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.
