Last night I called here and Brian literally picked up and spoke with me about availability. He was free first thing this morning and we set up a time for him to come. Car was at my house, in the driveway, Brian was friendly, professional, and most importantly- thorough. Found a few areas that needed repair and I was happy that it was reasonable compared to taking it to a major shop. Cracks and dings are important to fix right away. They can turn into something worse so fast, so especially with the high cost of replacement, I'd gladly keep calling Brian to come out moving forward. I know that filling a star or a crack is not going to magically make it invisible- but what it will do is prevent future damage from that specific spot. Lifetime warranty, just great service. I did get quotes from 3-4 repair shops but Brian gave me the best deal and got it done on the same day. All in all, I was extremely pleased with their quick and meticulous service. I definitely recommend Clearview for their communication, service, professionalism and competitive prices.

I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.
