But as the Internet is a thing I quickly learned that many people have not had such great experiences with a certain company with a catchy jingle. After a little research I came across Todd's company Axis Auto Glass. After a little more research I found reviews on Yelp as well as reviews on other sites all espousing the good work that Todd does with auto glass repair and replacement. Being someone who thoroughly detests talking on the phone I emailed Todd about replacing my cars windshield. Within the span of 4 emails and maybe 40 minutes I had an appointment for him to come to my house to replace my window. He arrived about 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. As someone who believes that if you arrive on time then you're 5 minutes late, I really appreciate Todd's promptness. He set straight away to replacing my windshield and needed nothing further from me until he had completed the job. Todd gives a warranty on his work and is very reasonably priced. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his business. I always prefer to support a local business and Todd and Axis Auto Glass make that an easy decision. If you find yourself with a chip or cracked window you can do no better that giving Todd a call.

We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. My only advice would be, they can get busy, so you may have to follow up a couple times to get a slot. It's worth it!!

Matt and team took the time to properly diagnose my vehicle and worked through the logical steps before recommending major repairs. They even found one issue that was simply a disconnected component, and fixed it on the spot without taking advantage of the situation. I looked on online for a brake repair shop in Athens (thinking we could make it that far). God had other plans as Spikes kept populating (way closer). We called and they said they could get us in and out same day. Once we arrived they found a spot for us to park the travel trailer and even let us run an extension cord to assist with power. We had our 14 year old cat with us so having the RV powered for air and comfort was a blessing. They got the parts ordered, kept us abreast with all issues found and had us back on the road approximately 4 hours later.
