We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. It is with great unfortunate news that after seeing Matt grow, with myself, for 13 years, Matt doesn't pay his invoices. Matt started his business the same time I started managing a mobile car wash business. I was definitely fooled by him. If you do work for no name, make sure to get paid in advance, or just get to writing off your labor, chemicals, and work. Here is what happened. I offered a steal of a deal of a $300 job, for a $100. This deal is part of our Keep blank and blank Counties clean initiative. We have a full setup for pressure washing the roof of 2 story homes from the ground and concrete cleaning. We have never had a complaint of dirty/streaky windows. This offer included cleaning the front of the building where the sign is, the ceiling where his walkway is, the outside windows, the concrete, and the walkways in front of his 2 sections he rents. Like I say, this deal is part of a Keep Clean Initiative, and we are happy to do it to keep the area clean. We even clean any Church for free because we feel a church should not have to pay donations toward something that can be done by the community! I started (company) at the beginning of the week, and got my chemicals put on, and started cleaning. After getting all the chemicals off the windows, front, and walkway area, I couldn't finish the walkways out front but not a big deal. A few days later, I come back and finish the job, and the manager says it looks good, but I need to come back to get a check from Matt next week. No problem. I usually go to (company) to full detail the cars for the neighbor next door, but he has been out of town. Today, 2 months after completing, I stop into see if a check was left for the $100, just to be told by the manager that said it looked good, Matt wasn't happy with the both sections of windows, and had 1 of his 2 sections of the exterior window cleaned by a company for a $100, so he isn't paying me my $100, because I left spots on the windows. Windows wasn't the only job I did... If there was a problem with the windows, why did the manager not say anything about them while I was there finishing the job at the end of the week? I didn't touch the windows the second day. If the spots were so bad, why did Matt not clean his 2nd side of the windows? I also cleaned the neighbor's unit, and he doesn't have any spots or complaints, I looked today. Matt's inside windows has long drips from where they haven't been cleaned in at least 6 months, why not clean the inside while paying $100 for 1 section exterior only? I finally got a call from Matt later today, he says he didn't call me about the streaks because it isn't his job to hunt me down. Well, it's hardly hunting when my number is in your system, and your neighbor has my number. According to your manager, the job was done. I said, "you hunted down a $100 single side window cleaner, so why not call the person you're unhappy with?" I am happy to fix any issues with our 90 day guarantee, but I never had any one call to say there was a problem. I tried to explain to Matt this is like doing a $100 wash on a vehicle, then the customer picking it up, leaving, and then coming back and saying, "You left a streak on my window, so I paid $100 to get it removed, so you owe me $100 for the streak, even though you did an entire wash." He argued, "Trust me, use this as a learning experience because I have broken taillights, window trims, and burned through paint that I have had to pay for." Honestly, dumbfounded with his argument, to me that is different than not knowing you left a spot on a window and being billed for it, rather than knowing you broke something. Like I say, get paid up front if you're going to deal with no name." Also: I started out taking paint and body 20 years ago, and can do paint correction better than the tech that does your vehicle at no name. I have detailed 13,000 cars over the last 13 years. I have the same, or better equipment, chemicals, and Coatings that no name has. The only thing I don't have is the large overhead building that jacks up our prices for your service. I can come to you mobile with our Worlds Best Detail Package, that includes a 1 year coating, or you can drop off for a multi-day Perfect Polish Detail and Coating. As a special offer, we will beat any printed quote from no name by 20%. I have detailed several vehicles over 100 times over the last 10 years of going to the same people every month. If you are picking up your vehicle from no name, and want a free second opinion on your paint correction, I will meet you for free. I want them to prove their results are better, because Matt sure fooled me for 13 years, but after jipping me on a $100 donation job, I don't trust him at all. I found a large dent in the middle of the passenger door of my 2018 Tesla 3. I got an initial, very reasonable estimate from EZ Auto. They said it would take about 2-3 hours, but as I live an hour away, I had to wait. So I went in and they said it would take longer because the dent was right on top of the contour line and the door would need disassembling. Maybe 4 hours. They took out a smaller dent in about 5 minutes, and buffed out another streak gratis for my trip. Couldn't wait that day for the larger dent, so I went back a week later when I could. They took about 3 hours and did a FANTASTIC job. I thought there would be some visible mark, but it was so clean and they charged me the original quote. I hopefully won't need them again, as I'm trying to park 'safer', but if I do....I'll be back. read more

Brought my car in for some PDR work. Nothing too bad just usual door dings. The Showroom is nice, employees are knowledgeable and honest. Quality of work was great! No complaints on any of the services rendered. Unfortunately I do have some complaints. I'm not one to write reviews most of the time but when something as valuable to me as my car is I feel I'm obligated. Upon picking up my car I did a quick check in the rain to make sure everything looked good. However I should've looked longer. The employee mentioned they had an issue trying to get my car into their building and struggle trying different angles. My car is low but not lower than you'd expect a lot of sports cars to be. He mentioned burning the clutch a little, again it happens to the best of us. Assuming they had treated my car with the same respect I do I shrugged it off. Having drove it home and parking in my garage, inspecting their work, and finding no flaws. I was happy, until I noticed that my front splitter rods had been bent from extreme pressure. These are forged aluminum not easily bent. Oh well I guess you can't always get perfection. If you were think about bringing your suv, truck, or sedan here I wouldn't fret as they do good work albeit pricey. Sports cars I'd might look for someone who does house calls as I'm not sure their "new facility" is accommodating. read more

I ended up getting a crease in my front bumper of my Tesla. Originally I was going to just deal with it but I can tired of looking at it everytime I walked in front of the car. Luckily there was no paint damage so I researched paintless dent repair. After hours of research I decided to go with these guys. I sent a couple of pictures of my damage on their website and a few days later I get a call quoting me the repair cost. I thought it was a very fair price so I decided to drop it off a couple of days later. When I arrived, the person took a look and said it would be ready in a few hours. He texted me a few hours letting me know it was ready. When I saw the repair, it looked much better than a expected. It looks like there was no damage at all. He let me know that the crease was actually longer than the pictures show, but he didn't increase the quote price. I am very pleased with the results and the person was very friendly and engaging. Awesome service! I contacted EZ Dent through Yelp to get an estimate for a quarter panel that was knocked out of place. I got a response within about 30 minutes and took my car to their shop. WOW! Best "unnecessary" money I ever spent on my car -- a low mileage, mechanically perfect 2002 Toyota Avalon with many parking lot dings that seriously detracted from its appearance. I was lucky enough to find Matt at Crazy Ray's Car Wash on Lexington Road in Athens, GA when I took the car in for an oil change. In just minutes (probably no more time than if there was a car ahead of you in line for the oil change) somehow all those mini-dents were made to disappear. The job would probably have spanned several days and cost 10-15 times more in a full-service traditional body shop. If the appearance of your car bothers you a little but you can't do without it for days, you need to see Matt. The quality of his work is incredible and the price is right. read more

Bought a car on Friday. On Sunday someone hit the front passenger Fender in the Walmart Parking lot and of course left no note. Emailed Matt on Monday morning for a quote, got an email response asking for a phone number so I called him. After speaking with him over the phone for about 20 minutes he gave me a rough estimate. I was honestly shocked at how cheap he was telling me the repair would be, only about $200. We talked about when he might be able to come out and fix it and after about 2 minutes of discussing our busy schedule he suggested he come out that very afternoon. He showed up at about 4:00 pm. by 5:00 pm the dent was fixed. It was no longer visible and he had buffed out the scratches in the clear coat that had been left. It looked as good as new. I couldn't have been more thrilled. He then went on to inform me after payment that if for any reason I wasn't happy and decided to take my car into a body shop to have them fix it that he would refund me the $200 I paid for him to fix it! Wow! I can't recommend this guy enough. He may not be able to fix your dent, but if not, he will let you know, and he stands behind his work! Excellent! read more

Wow talk about a better than expected outcome. First of Matt, the owner, works with your schedule and comes directly to you. He quoted me a price and told me that due to the dent location he would most likely only be able to achieve about a 90% solution, which was satisfactory for me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service than what I received at EZ Dent. It was very easy to find as soon as I pulled into the property (Car Wash) I kept driving towards the back and there he was. Matt is very friendly and works quick but thorough. It's hard to find people to do honest jobs nowadays. I came and got a big dent removed from the front driver fender and a few other dings from a hail storm a few weeks ago, I don't know how he does it but everything came out like it never happened. He also cleaned my headlights which my solution would have always been to just buy a new one but after Matt sprayed it with some clear coat protection they actually look brand-new. Matt is the absolute best. My VW beetle was damaged during the riots in Atlanta last year. A large chunk of rock or cement was thrown at the side of my car. Not only did Matt do a great job smoothing the dent, he did it at no charge. He said if he couldn't make it look perfect, he wouldn't charge me.
