Dynamic Appearance was recommended to me by Walker over at Eurofed. So i was already feeling…read moreconfident that it would be a great experience because I trust him. I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.

After a friend recommended the shop, I made an appointment and drove two hours to tint my car…read morewindows. Scheduling was painless and I was offered plenty of time slots to choose from. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and personable staff. The waiting room was intimate yet comfortable and even afforded drinks for their clients. We discussed my options and prices while they demonstrated the effects of the various forms of tint. Having made my decision, they gave me an expected time frame and so I left the car with them to go have lunch with my buddy. When I returned, the car was done and boy did they knock it out of the park! The tint fit was perfect, even on the difficult to reach rear glass with defroster. They warned me that the rear might produce some bubbles but that those would dissipate after the glue fully cured. This never happened! My windows remained as delivered, perfect and without bubbles or air pockets of any kind! When they saw that I had a service animal, they did advise that their install warranty would not cover dog scratches and then offered me a bottle of cleaner to use when she slobbered on a window. After getting inside the car, I noted that they had placed stickers over the window switches, a good deterrent in the event that I forgot about not dropping any windows for the first 24-48 hours. I also saw that there wasn't a spot of application spray anywhere in the interior, not even my very deep dash. It has been 5 months now since the install. I am very glad I went with the IR Ceramic. Its a bit more pricey but well worth the money considering the intense southern sunlight we deal with. Everything looks as perfect as the day it was installed. I could not have been more pleased with the results and service. If you are on the fence, take a drive out there and have a chat with one of their employees. They will be honest with you and do their best to provide you a solution that suits your needs.

I gotta say Preston the General Manager is one of the most professional managers I have ever worked…read morewith in any situation. His industry, product and technical knowledge is impressive. He freely shares anything you need to know about the process and his communication whether it is via text, videos, emails or phone calls sets a very high bar. I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

I've never had an issue with this place, until today. This is typically my go-to place for getting…read moremy windows tinted. I got three of my cars worked on there. I called the shop yesterday morning and THOUGHT I made an appointment for Saturday morning. The person said to arrive at 10:00. I get there and what, he says there are two cars ahead of me and asked if I planned on waiting. UM...NO. Why would you tell a customer to come in at a certain time if you don't have that as an availability? Or better yet, if the cars in the queue were walk-ins, perhaps you should have told those customers to come back at another time. The icing on the cake...man tells me to come back at 1:30 today. However, I should call before I head over as he wants to make sure he isn't busy at that time. WHAT? Clearly, this place doesn't accept appointments or doesn't know the concept of an appointment. Perhaps it would be best if they clearly inform customers of this matter. Luckily, I was able to make an appointment with another shop a few miles away. They even have an automated system with text confirmation.
