Extremely frustrating and scary to think your property and your life is taken for granted over a few hundred bucks! Really could have been a life altering experience had I not decided to get in busy interstate traffic but stopped at a store first! Loyalty and integrity counts! A person word was once all that was needed especially when they are paid to do certified/"specialty" work and think it's ok to put your life in danger for a quick paycheck. From the time I walked in the door to the time i drove off the lot, my experience was unlike any…read morebody shop I have ever visited. I arrived frustrated and felt raked over the coals by multiple places before arriving at Specialty Paint & Body. To say I wasn't in the mood to be haggled on on labor was an understatement, and I had already braced myself for another unpleasant experience. Chris and Nick were kind, patient, and spent a great deal of time looking at my vehicle with me. They didn't have a "salesy" tactic that we all dread when going to a body shop. I drive a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought brand new. Unfortunately, a leak in my trunk caused my trunk and back seats to flood with water as it rained heavy the night before. Before agreeing to any work, they refereed me back to the Ford dealership to see if i could get the issue fixed under warranty. Chris and Nick were looking out for my interest and I appreciate that. I went to the Ford dealership hoping they could help, considering the issue isn't a result of an accident. My mileage was 36,020 on my odometer. Ford told me there is nothing they could do under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. ONLY 20 miles over! They wanted to charge an egregious labor price so I left. I returned to Specialty Paint & Body after leaving Ford upset. While visiting Specialty Paint & Body and working with Chris and Nick, I was treated like a friend. We were able to quickly diagnose the leak and they were able to fix it. The attention to detail and customer service that I experienced was non-comparable to any body shop I have ever been to in the past. I will absolutely be coming back for all my body shop needs. Thank you Chris and Nick.

As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn't quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn't try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. Needless to say he won my business and I'm a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I'm also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. Thank you Luke and Sean!!
