Stoney's replied to a Yelp request for windshield replacement gave a great price. I was amazed it…read moreonly took 30 mins - thought that was really fast. Next Day I'm driving and starts to rain and I see water dripping from the top of the windshield in my truck. Thankfully this didn't happen overnight or else the water would've destroyed my $1150 Stereo system. I put a plastic bag over my stereo and Stoney's came back in 3 days (after the weekend) to re-glue my windshield. Overnight my floor boards filled with water that weekend. After they reglued I notice by back up cam monitor/rear view mirror isn't working and the cable run up through the windshield. They actually were the reason the leak happened in the first place, Stoney's pushed the cables in with glue on it and created a hole in the glue. I buy another rear view monitor for the back up cam. It gets no power either. So I know the power cable was damaged running up through the windshield either water damage or being pinched from the windshield install. All that takes me 4 weeks to figure out. My truck smells like mildew on the inside still from all the water that had leaked into the truck. I tell them that it's going to cost me $150 to reinstall the power line to the rear view monitor and I need to get the inside of the truck shampood from the water damage of their windshield install. They responded saying if I had complained right away about the damage they would have addressed it. But because I tried to fix it myself and waited 4 weeks to tell them, they can't take fault for why my back up camera now doesn't work and my truck smells like mildew. So now fixing those things will cost me as much as getting the windshield replaced.

I had just bought this vehicle and heard a funny noise when I turned so I bought it there just to make sure the car was running ok. I ended up paying 350$ for a problem that was never fixed because I still heard the noise. The owner told me I needed to replace a part on the rear end suspension. I forgot what it is called because it's been a while since I've been at this business. He told he had already ordered the parts without even talking with me first. I believe this was a lie but I went with it because he said it would cost around 120$. It was an estimate. This part only takes bolts and screw, a 45 minute job at the most. Was charged 3 hours of labor which I was told it would cost 120$. I don't really like to leave bad reviews for companies but this just ridiculous. I hope he enjoyed spending my hard earned money but he will never get another cent from my boyfriend or me. I really believe he didn't know what was wrong with the car so just told I needed to replace the parts. Who know if they were really bad or not. Be careful when doing business with this company.
