Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!

I had no idea as to how to get this done. Their service was prompt and exemplary despite there being an issue at the warehouse. I considered the cost to be reasonable, and I would use this service again with no hesitation.

My windshield was hit by a rock while driving down 316. A 10-inch crack immediately formed while driving home. I called my insurance who recommended Safelite and OEM glass. I decided to call five companies in total worth the following results: Safelite quoted $420 to come to the house and replace worth aftermarket glass. There was the possibility of additional molding and part charges. Glass Doctor quoted $412 for aftermarket glass. Autoglass Network quoted $350 for aftermarket glass but offered a military discount of $50 bringing the quote to $300. A 4th company said that Honda requires OEM to maintain the warranty and that he is unable to get OEM glass. I then called Honda and they informed me that by law they can not require OEM glass and insured me that aftermarket would be fine. I then called autoglass masters who quoted me $370 to come to the house the following day with aftermarket glass. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for 2pm. This father/son team arrived ten minutes early, which set a great first impression. To my surprise, they had OEM glass on the truck and told me it was no additional cost because that's what the warehouse had. It took an hour to replace but might have done faster if my toddler wasn't so curious (in the way at times). They were extremely friendly and would recommend their services to anybody in need. It's been over a week and there has been no issues. Auto Glass Masters will be my go to company for my auto glass needs in the future.

I didn't want to use Safelite due to bad reviews so I turned to other shops. I personally prefer mom and pop shops anyway! Jesse is soooo responsive with email and calls. I kid you not. Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

In the process, he broke something because the drivers window won't work now(it was fine before). He called his manager who said they would take care of it and could I come to their office. I sat there for 1 1/2 hours, my car did not move, to be told by Gabriel, the assistant manager, that they couldn't fir me in but it "sounded" like they regulator was broken and would have to be ordered. It'd take a couple of days. Called Saturday, the lady in the front office said he couldn't get it from the original place and would have to find somewhere else. Ok. I called each day this week and sent 2 emails. No response. Got a quote from my mechanic. Spoke to the office person on Wednesday, Gabriel wasn't there but I could call back Thursday. No answer. Called customer service who sent an email to several people. Still no response. My window doesn't work. It's not sealed and has tape holding the top of it on. What happens when it rains? My happy self will be going up to their office in the morning. Not only will the fix my dang door I think I need a refund on crappy work with a still not working window!!!!!!! I will NEVER recommend Safelite to anyone EVER!!!!!!!!
