Since my insurance company didn't have another company to sue for "repairs" to my car because a hit and run driver caused the accident, I was sent to the worst and rudest place around. I returned a day later attempting to resolve the shoddy repairs in addition to the damage caused by whomever "worked" on my car I was told "little lady" you just don't remember causing that damage or understand mechanical issues". I had to just get in my car and leave. That was June 2024 and I'm still dealing with my insurance company. I happened to mention I was a mechanical engineer after being told I was basically an idiot who couldn't remember having accidents or understand anything mechanical. Stay away, stay very far away. They must get business doing insurance repairs because customer service is not one of their strong attributes. BTW I have never had an accident or even a ticket, or at least any I can recall with my little female brain.

They always get the job done right, but I have had issues with my car being damaged during repair. Most recently, I found groups of cuts in the steering wheel leather when picking my car up. When I told Lester's, they passed it off as "cracks in the leather from the sun," yet it had been raining/cloudy for the past two weeks. I received a somewhat rude response when I asked if there was anything they could do to fix the damage. I am considering finding a new paint and body shop for any future needs. A shop accidently causing damage is manageable until they refuse to acknowledge that they might have caused the damage and make up excuses instead. I hope they can fix this. Also, there is usually white powder on the lower deck, floor mats, and lower door when I pick up my car.

We had a terrible experience with the collision center. Multiple times, we were told the car would be ready on a certain day, and then on that day, it would not be ready. Then the collision center called the rental car company and told them the car was ready for pick up, when it wasn't ready until a day later. This caused confusion with the insurance company, which resulted in Enterprise trying to charge my Mom for the extra day on the rental.
