Since my insurance company didn't have another company to sue for "repairs" to my car because a hit and run driver caused the accident, I was sent to the worst and rudest place around. I returned a day later attempting to resolve the shoddy repairs in addition to the damage caused by whomever "worked" on my car I was told "little lady" you just don't remember causing that damage or understand mechanical issues". I had to just get in my car and leave. That was June 2024 and I'm still dealing with my insurance company. I happened to mention I was a mechanical engineer after being told I was basically an idiot who couldn't remember having accidents or understand anything mechanical. Stay away, stay very far away. They must get business doing insurance repairs because customer service is not one of their strong attributes. BTW I have never had an accident or even a ticket, or at least any I can recall with my little female brain.

When I told Lester's, they passed it off as "cracks in the leather from the sun," yet it had been raining/cloudy for the past two weeks. I received a somewhat rude response when I asked if there was anything they could do to fix the damage. I am considering finding a new paint and body shop for any future needs. A shop accidently causing damage is manageable until they refuse to acknowledge that they might have caused the damage and make up excuses instead. I hope they can fix this. Also, there is usually white powder on the lower deck, floor mats, and lower door when I pick up my car.

Mark Norris the owner he is a great guy. I spent 2 months talking to many auto body shops. Most won't even work with self pay, if they do it is either 6 months before you can get in or the price is beyond exorbitant. Mark gave me a reasonable price and was able to get my car in his shop and completed in less than a month from the first time we spoke. My car looks phenomenal. It is better than I could have imagined. At 15yrs old the original paint was shot. Rust had begun to pit along the front edge of the engine hood. It only has 105,873 miles and is mechanically sound. I want to keep my 4Runner till the wheels fall off and I do what I can to make that happen. This was a major cost as far as maintenance goes but I don't have a car payment!
