As a result, replacement of pulleys, belts, spark plugs, coils, intercooler, and multiple front-end seals was required, totaling over $1,800 in additional costs beyond engine swap labor. The condition of the engine effectively required extensive rebuilding. Despite clear documentation, the total refund issued was only $375. The final cost, including parts and labor, exceeded $10860. Despite the plethora of bad reviews, I took a chance and purchased it. It was shipped out from Oregon en route to my place in Virginia on March 23rd. Two weeks later when I checked the shipping status it had only made it to Utah. I called Atlas and they explained that there were "driver issues" and that they would be resolved shortly. Another three weeks passed (now over a month from when it was shipped out) and it was still only in Missouri. I once again called Atlas, and they told me that it was actually scheduled to be delivered to my mechanic by 4pm that day. I informed my mechanic that it would finally get there that day. Four days later my mechanic called and said nothing had been delivered. I once again called Atlas and they told me that the truck had been in an accident all auto parts were destroyed. Huh?????? What????? Accident??? All auto parts destroyed??? Made ZERO sense. They did refund my money, but what a complete waste of a month and a half and I still don't have a running car. STAY AWAY!!!

She could tell I was wildly uncomfortable with this, and asked Chris to help walk me through it. It was pretty easy once you know what the attachments are for. Without that, you're looking around wondering how you can do anything without help. Thanks to Chris and Emily for a relatively easy experience and I felt great that I was able to address the issue and learn how to do it in the future.

Don't you just love when your check engine light comes on out of no where while you're driving on…read morethe road? Well, that happened to me recently and with my baby girl in the car. Normally, I wouldn't be so quick to take action, but with this new precious cargo in my backseat, I can't take any chances. I was almost home and remembered this AutoZone is right in the Publix shopping center I always go to so I thought, why don't I just go see if they have a code reader so I can at least get the code to help solve the problem. Or at least get to step one and help me know what the costs are going to be. When I walked in, no one was behind the counter but a gentleman quickly came over and asked how he could help. I told him my check engine light just came on and asked if he could plug in a code reader for me, and before I could even finish my question, he had already pulled it from the drawer below him and was ready to help. We walked out to my car in the parking lot, and he got everything all connected and quickly read off the code to me. He even wrote it on a post-it note for me to make sure I had it, which I then took a photo of in case I lost track of the post-it. I asked him what I owe, and he quickly told me I don't owe a thing, and to be safe. The sweetest guy and great experience!! I will certainly be back here for any future auto needs!

I told Cecil what was going on and he told me he had a duralast gold (new, not remanufactured) waiting for me at the store. He remembered my name when I came in 30 minutes later and swapped the alternators, the difference was about $230 in price for the new alternator, but he didn't charge me anything! I was shocked and really appreciated that he understood the situation. I went into the original location I got the two prior and they told me they'd charge me the difference for the next best (remanufactured) alternator plus a small discount (10% ) so I would've still been paying out of pocket for one. Needless to say, I know what location and who I will be getting my parts from. Cecil, thanks for helping me keep my wife and daughter safe.

For Walmart Auto Service in Cumming:…read more I had the most wonderful service experience with Walmart auto service in Cumming! I have a Toyota Camry, the engine hood was cover by a plastic film. Recently I removed the film and cleaned the glue with acetone. Unfortunately, the two headlight covers were inadvertently damaged by acetone. It was very tough to fix the covers; however, Walmart Auto Service helped me to finish the job with beautiful results. Their common technician, Quentin (10334) is absolutely amazing! He did a wonderful job! He polished the two headlight covers very carefully with a special polishing liquid. Right now, the covers are bright and shining, like brand new. This is the best service I have ever had. I am deeply touched! Thank Walmart so much and appreciate Quentin so much! covered

I went in last week to get my tail lights done. I was told they didn't have the one bulb but could…read moredo the others. I agreed to let them fix what they could that day. Last night I found out that they broke the internal part of my taillight that holds it into the car. They never told they broke it. Last night I realized the tail light wasn't even in all the way in and holding tight like it should, so I had a mechanic friend look at it and it wasn't even holding all the way into the car where they broke it. Now my friend is having to repair it. Don't recommend when they can't be honest enough to admit they messed up.

Bought a car with them but they wouldn't give it to me the day of sale, saying they needed more…read moretime to clean it up. I wanted to take my car home and it had seemed clean enough when we test drove it an hour before but they insisted and gave me a loaner instead. When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships. I've bought from milton-martin in gainesville and carland in alpharetta and had great experiences both times.
