I contacted and visited several car dealers in the area, and I ended up buying my new car here. They were able to find the specific configuration that I was looking for, for the price that I wanted. Everyone at the dealer was great. Andres is a great seller and Derek in finance is also very nice to work with. I definitely recommend this business. read more

Recently brought in my 2024 GR86 here for service. Special thanks to Brian and Kacie for exceptional service. They did an amazing job and made sure I was informed throughout the process. The reviews on this dealership speak for themselves, I will definitely be coming back and recommending Milton Martin Toyota in the future. I must admit I was not the easiest customer to deal with. They handled it extremely well, and were very polite even when I was wrong. They really do care about their customers. If you are within reasonable distance definitely go to Milton Martin Toyota. read more

Justin & to a lesser extent Anthony, made the purchase of our new Rav4 Plug-in Hybrid a real pleasure. Explaining all the in's & out's of the charging system different modes of driving, the ranges of travel & charging times etc. The dealership gave us a very generous trade-in on our "non plug-in" 2024 Rav4. Highly recommend Justin as a Salesperson & Milton Martiln has a dealership. Steve Blairsville read more

Fraudulent Listing! Terrible treatment!! I went over to Milton Martin Toyota yesterday to look at a 2025 Tundra Limited. The internet listing, seller stock sheet and window sticker all had this truck advertised/shown with 5,013 miles. After test driving the truck and advising my interest in buying the truck the sells person and sells manager reviewed my trade in and agreed to 4,000$ for my trade in. It was only after this that I informed the sells team that the truck in actuality had 8,039 miles on it. I also showed them a truck at a different dealership, same year and trim level, with roughly 4,000 miles less and the price was roughly 3,000$ less as well. I asked my sells person to please confirm you have the truck price correct. To which the sells person I was working with did go and inform the sells manager. After returning they had lowered to overall cost of the truck to better support the actual miles and market value. However, they also reduced my trade by 1,500$. When I asked why my trade was reduced, they presented me with a Kelley Blue Book value sheet and said that is what they estimate it to be. My immediate reaction was, you knew this before when you agreed to pay me 4,000$ for it. So, what happened was I called them out on their error and then I paid the price for it. They wanted to make up the lower price due to their error by reducing my trade in value that we had already agreed on. This is a poor representation of how to do business. I would highly recommend buyers look closely at the paperwork they are providing and understand there are other trucks, cars, suvs, etc out there and you can walk. Just as I did. I took my car and went down the road and purchased the white Tundra that was properly priced and got an agreed to price for my car. read more

I had a wonderful experience getting a car through Milton Martin Toyota! They were willing to try and find the best option to accommodate everything I was needing. Anthony, Trey and Mario were wonderful and I'm so glad I chose to go to them! They definitely made me feel cared about and not just another sale! 10/10 recommend! read more

Great service and sales staff. Had excellent service w Kent, Lou and others as well. Sales with Tom and Mike are fantastic as well!!

I tried making a service appointment several times via phone. Each time, I was forwarded to the Service line and got a recording which said the Service voice mailbox was full. This has happened three times over the last 2 weeks. The one time I did leave a message, no one called back for me to make a service appointment. I think I'll bring my business back to Hendrick Toyota in Atlanta. read more

We are repeat customers and have purchased a number of Toyotas from MMT. This experience was second to none relative to the 30 plus years we have done business in this dealership. Great purchase experience with Milton Martin Toyota on a 2025 Tacoma. My sales rep Greg Lee has been at the dealership for 8 years and doesn't play any games. Dropped my car off for an engine service message. I was already pretty sure it was a faulty coolant overflow valve because that is a known issue with my vehicle. I only took it to the dealership because I knew Toyota had done a special warranty for the part. By 9:30am the next morning, the car was already done and the repair was free without me even having to explain anything. Ethan Martin did an awesome job getting us done and back on the road. I was very impressed with the quick and efficient service provided and will definitely be back if I have issues in the future. read more

My husband & I came in looking for a Highlander. No one approached us to ask if we needed help. We finally went to the front desk where several salesman were standing, no one seemed interested to help us. We told them what we were looking for & they said we could go out on the lot & find a couple. We found a couple on the lot & finally got a salesman to come out. He didn't know much about the vehicle & did not offer to get key for us to be able to look at the car. We told him we were looking for particular color. He responded that we would need to give him a deposit before they would find us the car. Very disappointed with our experience at this dealership. read more

So I initially was an online inquiry for a truck. I was contacted by the salesman Mark. He was responsive by email and we talked on the phone so he could figure out what I wanted. Once I decided on the Tundra TRD pro I was told it would be a wait. A few months later he reached out to me when they had one allocated. From there the wait from Toyota was extended. But Mark and the Milton Martin team kept me up to date and was very transparent about delays at the factory. The rest of the buying process was super quick and easy. It took months, but Mark and the people above him got me the truck I was wanting! read more

I recently traded in my tacoma for a trd off road 4 runner. Milton had the one I was looking for and the process was super smooth. I got a good deal on the trade and a fair price for the 2022 4 Runner. Trey was awesome. Very down to earth and knew that I was on a time crunch and was able to speed things along so that I could get to work on time. The only issue I had was that the 4 runner was not detailed on the interior. It was clean but you could tell they had not detailed it. Trey noticed this too and offered to take care of it the next time I came in. Overall, good experience. read more

My experience so far is not good. This is an effort to reach someone at the dealership who can assist. I have called multiple times for support for my elderly mother. A repair was not made and her car was destroyed on their property. We have finally resolved the claim on the car, but the company, at this time, seems to be unwilling to return what my mother paid for in repairs when the car was left on their lot for servicing. It's not my mother's fault that the car was destroyed under their care and on their lot...but obviously the repair was never done. Why continue to hold onto her money for months? No manager will pick up the phone. All calls are sent straight to voicemail. Messages left with a person or through automated means are not returned. I have made myself available anytime day or night to resolve the issue which has lingered for months, but no one will schedule a time to talk. I have been told that the owners are Christian, but this does not feel like a professional nor Christian way to handle a customer issue or treat a senior citizen who has been a loyal customer for 15yrs. All servicing for 15yrs with you and you can't refund a nearly 80yr old woman her money for a repair that never happened? Hoping someone with decision making authority at the dealership will reach out to resolve and I can update this post with good news! read more

Excellent car buying experience! Do your research and shop around. This dealership respected my 2 month search for the vehicle and price I was looking for. I had a situation 2 days after purchase. My tire started to go flat while driving on the interstate on a trip. I am thankful no emergency ensued however I did lose time and had great frustration as I had to stop off the interstate for help. (Tear in tire valve). Jason from management called and wanted to make things right. He was kind, sympathetic, very helpful and most importantly apologetic for my situation. I appreciate the team at Milton Martin Toyota!! read more

this was my best car buying experience ever! from the moment I walked into their very spacious clean inviting showroom was treated with such kindness and respect. Tom Skerrit was so helpful in finding me a car that really met all my needs. I went in for a RAV4 but he could see the luxury wasn't quite my expectations and suggested I test the Venza limited. I was sold as soon as I sat in it! they were very accommodating. when I went to pick up my car the owner Ricky Martin came to speak to us thanking us for being their customer and reassured us this is the best dealership and if ever anything needed to come directly to his office upstairs. I cant say enough positive things about this buying experience but will be a forever customer! read more

My husband and I have been customers since 2004 and have purchased 4 or 5 vehicles there. My most reent purchase was a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. Dylan Bonilla was extremely patient in helping me find the exact color and features I wanted (and didn't). He was able to locate one and let me know it would be 30 - 45 days for delivery. I was fine with that, as I still had my 2008 Tacoma. Dylan kept me updated and called about 2 weeks later to say my truck was scheduled to arrive early! Checking out and purchasing the vehicle was easy. He went over all the features with me and followed up with me after the sale. Good customer service! I normally give this dealership RAVE reviews, but..... I have diabetes and while i am sitting here I felt my sugar drop. I asked an associate about a vending machine and she informed me that they didn't have one, (I wanted a coke to bring my sugar level back up). I've been to the Oakwood MM Toyota on several occasions having since purchased my car here over a year ago, and every time is as enjoyable and stress-free as the last. The sales department is way more helpful and honest than those at Mall of GA Toyota. The interior of the new-ish building is bright, clean, and comfortable, so much so that I have no problem waiting out any service my vehicle requires, whether or not they offer courtesy shuttles. Complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, fruit, and crackers are perched alongside a Chick-fil-A counter with additional prepared deli meals for sale. Ample seating around an artificial fireplace, tables, and a safe and cute children's room make for an easy wait. And lastly, the staff are all very friendly! read more
