I want to say thank you to Robert For helping my family get into a brand new 2021 kia telluride. This purchase means a lot to me because not only is it a vehicle that will trusted with transporting my family on road trips but also because it's for my wife who works really hard. She went back to school 2 times for her masters and a specialist in order to move up in the school system. We have had kias in the past so know the value of we are getting when it comes to features and warranty. We almost didn't get this car to be honest with you. Once he gave us some numbers, it ended up be little higher than we wanted to spend but Robert understood what our family's needs where and instead of turning around and moving on, he offered to help us find another telluride that might fit our budget better. During the whole process of dealing with him, I never felt I was wasting his time. Long story short, we didn't need to find another telluride because we ended up getting the one he showed us. He helped get us get a really great deal and even though it was a little higher than what we originally budgeted, it was still a great value at the end. We spend a lot of time on the road as a family so paying more for extra features and a bigger vehicle made it a no brained to justify the price. We traded in our Kia Sorento that at this point we just put grew as a family. I really appreciate the work you do Robert and I hope I can send more business your way. If you guys end up with a used kia stinger g2 in white, ill drive the 70 miles again to make that purchase. Other key points - they do a solid job with their COVID precautions - really clean dealership - everyone was nice and friendly - go on Sunday if you can. It was pretty empty - most importantly, ask for Robert

This is regarding my 2016 Chrysler 300S. I don't know what…read morethe heck you did to my car, after a simple oil change my car ended up in fumes. The oil was all over the place under the hood and in my garage. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need a call back from a manager right now. I would never visit this store, I need you to fix my car to its original condition asap. You just ended up damaging my car. I almost ended up in a fire accident situation because of this negligence and it would have killed a life. What the heck? You can't just do a simple oil change. Such a shame. I have been going through other negative reviews, the manager just seems to have a generic response to everyone. I know what kind of response I would see for this review! I f***ing need my car in the original condition. Absolutely negligent work. For your f***ing information, the previous oil change was at your location as well. In my previous visit I don't remember the name, he proclaimed himself to be a man of integrity blah blah blah. Just stupid stuff. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. However, following the service, I discovered that the car is now emitting fumes, has oil splattered under the hood, and is leaking oil onto my garage floor. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and has put me--and others--at serious risk. The fumes present a fire hazard, and had this occurred while I was driving, the situation could have escalated into a life-threatening event. I attempted to resolve the matter by contacting your team and requesting an immediate callback from a manager. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response or assurance that the damages caused by your shop will be addressed and repaired. I have attached a copy of my service invoice (Work Order #2074969) as documentation of the work performed. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting the following: Immediate repair of all damage caused by your negligent service A full inspection to ensure my vehicle is safe to drive A written assurance that the repairs will be completed at no cost to me Reimbursement for any transportation or related costs incurred due to your shop's mishandling Please contact me within 7 days to confirm that you will honor this request. Stopped in today to inquire about the fact that my back windshield wiper was missing, but also to…read moreask about a flashing light I received saying the turn signal is not working- sub optimal if you're driving around. I didn't get names here, but all the people here are super knowledgeable and helpful. They peeked at the items I had in question and as it turns out the warning stating my turn signal was not working, it wasn't correct. They saved me a few dollars, and I'll be bringing my car here in the future to ensure we have the right people supporting our vehicles in the future. Thanks to the team here at Pep Boys!!!!
