I was recently rear-ended on 85 by a AAA Truck and after receiving the claim ID through the insurance adjuster, I was able to make an appointment with Classic Collision for the initial quote on damage to my Hyundai Touscon. Jason has been so communicative every step of the way with both me and the adjuster. It has been such an easy and seamless process of getting my car fixed, and he also made sure that I was able to get a rental car covered by the driver's insurance the same day as dropping my car off. The Enterprise is located right next door to the shop (so it was super convenient and I didn't have to worry about getting a ride somewhere else to get the rental). I scheduled an appointment for an estimate at the Cumming location. Not only did they get me in quickly, but my estimate was done thoroughly and efficiently. They had me in and out on a Monday morning. The staff was polite and professional. The gentlemen that assisted me (Ryan) was kind, honest and very helpful. I had a slight issue with my door, and he not only treated me fairly and honestly but fixed it right there, as it wasn't as serious of an issue as I thought it was - he had the right tool for the job. I had a minor accident that required I pay out of pocket for repairs. I went to another local Cumming repair place that was recommended to me and when he saw my car, he said it was too small a job for them, but he would order the part for me if I wanted to go elsewhere. I had him send me the estimate for the part and it was not clear. It had other charges I did not understand. I called twice and emailed twice with no response. I called Stephen at Classic Collision and that same day he looked at my car, gave me an estimate and even cleaned up paint damage that I was quoted $200 to remove. That was all before I committed to the job. That same day he called me with the estimate and said he could get to it in 3 days and it would take 30 minutes. He fixed it in 20 minutes. He was polite and did exactly what he said he would. I would recommend and return no question. read more

Negative Zero is more like it! They had my car for over 2 weeks when I was told it would be a 1 week job. No biggie there because I had a rental. Fast forward to when I pick up my car. Upon 1st glance it was fine; I really didn't inspect it. The obvious damage was fix so all good right? As I start driving I realize that my car is dirty. It has dried white compound all over the dashboard, seat and windows. To get it off the hard surfaces I had to scrape it with my fingers. The seats had to be wiped down with a wet cloth when I got home. So I open my passenger door to see that it looks like a 5 year old repaired it with masking tape and off color spray paint. I email the manger Brad with my issues and a picture. He proceeds to tell me the repairs wont be perfect and if I think it needs to be looked at again I can bring it back. At this point I'm aggravated because I feel like he wouldn't be so cavalier with a man. I also tell him about the fact that his employees left my car filthy. Sure, he'll take care of it. I take my car back and again he's acting like he doesn't see the issue with the repair. I point out that the paint doesn't even match. So I ask is this your best work? His response I've seen better. Great we're on the same page. Next day I pick up my car; the door looks damn near perfect. Brad tells me how it's much better than he expected. I'm not sure why because this is what I expected in the first place. I drive away and realize that my cross, that my deceased father gave me , that I've had hanging on my rear view mirror in my last 2 cars is broken. The chain is hanging and someone put the cross in the cup holder. I immediately call Brad because I am LIVID. He states that he'll look into it and give me a call no later than 10am the next morning. That was days ago! These people have no respect for you nor your vehicle. My repairs cost over $4000 dollars and they performed subpar repairs; left my car filthy and broke my belongings. I would NEVER and I repeat NEVER return to any of their shops again. I will be writing a complaint with the BBB and try to contact corporate. read more

I had hit the side of my car against my garage backing out. My insurance company recommended I use Classic because of their agreement with the insurance company as they are one of their certified shops. They did keep me up to date on the estimation of when my car would be ready. I had dented the front passenger fender and chipped part of the light fixture. Not major damage at all. They had my car a little over a week. When I got it back and took it home, the next morning it would not start. Classic sent some gentleman to come out and see why. They claim they ran scans and couldn't find a reason but they test drove it and it seemed perfectly fine. I took it home again and it wouldn't start again. Also the front headlight is out on the side they "fixed". It has been almost two weeks now and my car is worse mechanically than when I took it in. read more

I went to this location today for an estimate and to discuss the damages to my car. If there was an opportunity to rate them less than a zero I would, a minus 10. Poor service and lack of focus. I gave her my name and number and she just looked at a sheet of paper. I was told that I didn't have an appointment and I called the service number and was told that I did. Ok - I should write 3 separate reviews, because i've used Classic Collision in Cumming 3 times in 1.5 years and each time the service was stellar! First time someone backed out in a parking lot into my Kia - CC made the inconvenience as easy as it could have been - very communicative and finished the work even earlier that anticipated. Second time - We were rear ended with some damage to the tailgate and rear camera - again, called CC and Brad took care of everything - excellent service from the front desk and Brad made the experience easy - and with an Enterprise Rental down the street, totally convenient. Third time (hopefully last) - I drove into the garage with the tailgate up (yeah...this one was my fault) and busted out the rear window, i called Safelight (with that catchy jingle that gets stuck in your head) - well...the window would need to be ordered and would take 8 days! plus cost over $700 :(. I decided to call Brad and see if he could help. Well - not only did he help - he works miracles. I got the new window the next day, installed, in my garage - and...saved a few hundred $$. Thank You Brad! As much as I like your shop/service - i'm really hoping i don't have to call you anytime soon :) read more

I have used this facility for at least three vehicle repairs. They have in the past been great to work with. I was hit in a parking lot and took it in for an estimate. The person that hit me asked for an estimate. I was told by the manager that I would get one that night. He looked at the car and I left. I didn't receive a quote so I emailed him and asked for it. He apologize for not getting it done but also told that the since the person that hit me should contact their insurance company and they will do the estimate. The whole purpose of the request was to see if the damage exceeded the $500 minimum that the insured had as they might pay out of pocket. So I sent an email back to Classic collision and told them I would be going elsewhere. Too bad, they have been good in the past. read more

I normally only write reviews on businesses that have poor customer service or internal problems, however every once in a blue moon I'll run across a business or employee that has gone completely out of the norm to make sure customer service and satisfaction is their top priority. That was exactly my experience with Classic Collision on Bethelview Rd in Cumming Ga. The Service Advisor Brad in my opinion is in the wrong business. He should be doing PR work for large corporations like Amazon or Home Depot. This guy is amazing with his skills to not only meet but exceed all expectations of the customer. I don't want to leave out the quality of their work. It is superior compared to another local body shop for which I will be writing a separate review. I was a frustrated customer that had actually lost all confidence in the auto body repair business. Don't be afraid to use them. In my opinion you won't be disappointed. read more

This is the first review I have ever written, but my experience here was so unexpected. If you need body work this is the place to go! I went to another body shop locally who gave me a $1500 estimate to repair my car. I went to Classic Collision who said the damage could be buffed out, took the car into the shop, and 15 minutes later it looked great. I wanted to pay but was told that there was no need. I would not ever recommend this shop . The girl at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The shop manager Steve was rude. I stop by to ask about having my truck painted based on a recommendation from my mechanic who thought the lady he spoke to was also very nice . The shop manager basically told me they don't do that kind of work because it dosent pay him enough to do that kind of work. Unfortunately for him and this new shop that just opened as to how many cars I own and the fact I just got my truck back from another shop and it was a $5000.00 repair as a business owner in cumming and we service hundreds of local customers that could have gave them plenty of reviews that would have been very good for his business as well good luck to staying in business with this management. read more
