Affordable AND great service!…read more Thank you Renay for being so honest and straightforward about the prices to fix my car. I had accidentally hit a curb and my splash shield fell off. Other body shops said I NEEDED to fix my entire front bumper in order to repair it which I knew was bullshit. I actually didn't need to fix anything since my car doesn't really need the splash shield but I just wanted to. When I spoke with Renay, she broke down the prices for me and gave me an accurate and affordable pricing ($170 compared to $800 at other places). On the day of, the technician was able to use my original splash shield that fell off so I didn't need to pay for a new part. Since the labor took around 30 minutes, I would've paid around $37 (just for labor) but she was kind enough to let me go for free! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional care, and affordable pricing to fix their cars :)

My 84 year old mother got into a wreck and needed her car repaired. I can't even express adamantly…read moreenough how much I recommend this business. From start to finish, they took such great care of her. We scheduled a time to get an estimate. Brian took his time and talked my mother through the process. I appreciated that he told her getting parts in could sometimes cause delays. He gave her the worst scenario time frame and then said they would hope to be finished sooner. Bryanna was in constant communication with us. Her text updates kept us in the loop and let us know how things were going. They had a problem getting the insurance adjuster to respond to them to get the work started. They communicated this to me and I was able to reach out to my mom's agent and get the ball rolling. Had they not let me know we could have still been waiting. I am thankful for the quality and integrity that this business displayed through the entire process. Her car looks great and they made dealing with them so very easy. If you have a car that needs repaired, do not hesitate to reach out to Georgia Paint and Body. You will be so glad you did.

I dropped my 2019 Audi off early in the afternoon to have my front grill replaced with an upgraded version. Upon arrival Nicholas explained the cost and process to me. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend anyone needing body work and if I need anymore work done in the future I'll be back! Thank you again to everyone at Friendship! P.S. my car was clean when I got it back another plus!

I was massively disappointed with this body shop. My car was estimated to take only a week to…read morecomplete the work, but ended up taking 7 weeks. I don't think the length of time was justified, based upon all of the excuses they offered along the way. In the end, I was stuck with a $1,600 rental car bill. They operated like they were a brand new company that was new to the auto repair business, which is why I was shocked. Their communication was terrible, which made matters only worse. Every week they said it would be finished, and every week they had a new excuse about why it wasn't ready. The first week they wouldn't even inspect the car to provide an estimate, even though I immediately signed their authorization and release form on day 1. Here are some of the excuses they offered along the way: - their vendor didn't show up to do the work - they found something new that needed to be fixed (this was a common excuse) - they had to wait for parts to arrive, or for openings on vendors' schedules - they ordered the wrong part - they don't make any money on Volvos because the margins are so low (this was my favorite) - the status report they provided was for the wrong vehicle - the work wasn't performed properly and had to be redone If they had told me that it would take 6-7 weeks to complete the work, I would have simply taken it to another body shop. A body shop is a business of project management. Each car is a project; it's as simple as that. This business doesn't have a clue about how to manage the project and, frankly, I am appalled that they are still in business. One big mistake and some small mistakes here and there is to be expected, but a complete cluster-fornicate is nothing short of appalling. It's also just as important, perhaps more important, how you handle mistakes, rather than if you make any.

Insurance gave me 2 options and since I'd had minor damage repairs at another location with great results I chose Classic Collision in Sugar Hill. Through no fault of their own it took a month to get me in (can't keep qualified staff so if you have the skills it seems like a good place to work), but once I was scheduled the work was completed in 2 weeks as promised. They brought my car back to original state, even blended new paint with old so well I cannot tell the difference. The best part is the timely text updates on status. They were often enough without being annoying and kept me current on progress. I didn't feel the urge to call them once to check on status. The place was very clean and staff was great plus Enterprise will bring a rental car to you at Classic Collision, then retrieve it at Classic Collision when you pick your car up. If you have a choice for auto damage repair I would definitely recommend this establishment.
