And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later. I can not recommend a more honest and caring place to get your car worked on. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with. Struck by a deer late September with significant damage to the driver's side - cracked door window…read more& front quarter panel crumpled so much it was very difficult to open the door. Insurance gave me 2 options and since I'd had minor damage repairs at another location with great results I chose Classic Collision in Sugar Hill. Through no fault of their own it took a month to get me in (can't keep qualified staff so if you have the skills it seems like a good place to work), but once I was scheduled the work was completed in 2 weeks as promised. They brought my car back to original state, even blended new paint with old so well I cannot tell the difference. The best part is the timely text updates on status. They were often enough without being annoying and kept me current on progress. I didn't feel the urge to call them once to check on status. The place was very clean and staff was great plus Enterprise will bring a rental car to you at Classic Collision, then retrieve it at Classic Collision when you pick your car up. If you have a choice for auto damage repair I would definitely recommend this establishment.
