But as the Internet is a thing I quickly learned that many people have not had such great experiences with a certain company with a catchy jingle. After a little research I came across Todd's company Axis Auto Glass. After a little more research I found reviews on Yelp as well as reviews on other sites all espousing the good work that Todd does with auto glass repair and replacement. Being someone who thoroughly detests talking on the phone I emailed Todd about replacing my cars windshield. Within the span of 4 emails and maybe 40 minutes I had an appointment for him to come to my house to replace my window. He arrived about 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. As someone who believes that if you arrive on time then you're 5 minutes late, I really appreciate Todd's promptness. He set straight away to replacing my windshield and needed nothing further from me until he had completed the job. Todd gives a warranty on his work and is very reasonably priced. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his business. I always prefer to support a local business and Todd and Axis Auto Glass make that an easy decision.
