I should have listened to my gut. I first made my appointment last week, on-line, for next day service and for some reason I just knew I should call them and verify that they had my windshield in stock, because I drive a not so normal car. So when I called in to verify that they had my correct glass in stock - the operator didn't see my appointment - it was because the particular location had CANCELLED my appointment WITHOUT letting me know this. At that point I should have ran far far away, but I figure "hey that is ok, just go ahead and order it and lets schedule the appointment for next week". This was my mistake for thinking that competency might survive this transaction. Boy was I WRONG. I showed up 15 minutes ahead of my appointed time of 1pm - now granted this was right in the middle of my day and that put a damper on my schedule but I, after all, was the one who accepted that time and day. My choice, so no biggie right. All I had to do was to drop it off and all would be fine... or so you might think. An hour after dropping my car off - I received a text message from the tech stating that they replacement glass was broken and that I would need to reschedule yet again, for the following week. It was at this point that I responded and requested as to what their plans were to make this right (see attached image), and of course there was no response. When I showed up to pick-up my unrepaired vehicle, I asked again what the plans were to get this done properly as well as to why they kept my appointment on the books even though they didn't have a proper replacement in stock, yet again. And here is the best/worst part - I was told that they DO NOT INSPECT THE GLASS UNTIL THE CUSTOMER HAS SHOWN UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT - they said "we just don't have the time to check the glass before you get here" - I asked if they thought that I had the time to make 3 appointments and to waste 2 full days and 6 hours of my time, because it would seem that clearly their time is more valuable than that of their customers" - I was told that "it is what it is", and "there are plenty of other companies that replace windshields so perhaps I should try them instead" - Yes, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, or offering a solution, which could have been an offer to come to my office or home next week to do the replacement (especially since they do offer this as a service already), the manager Missy suggested that I take my business elsewhere - WHAT A JOKE. In short - if you value your time, your money, or any type of customer service PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND BE AWARE. When I asked for my key back, they handed it through the window and then slammed the window shut. One of the customers who observed the interaction congratulated and thanked me for speaking up and telling the truth. He explained that he is a truck driver and the same issue has happened to him before resulting in him having to make several appointments, which is extremely challenging for him considering his travel schedule for work. Apologies are free to give. And an offer to give a solution would have gone a long way. I'm taking the time to write this review because as a population, we MUST SPEAK UP, WE MUST CHOSE WITH OUR DOLLARS, because clearly human decency is not enough of reason to do the right thing anymore. I have to remind myself that some people are fine being average, or below. I value my time and I work hard for my money, as most of us do. Therefore, to continue to employee and to do business with these people is something I can no longer feel good agreeing to. We must stop accepting and contributing to the lowest common denominator of humans. DO BETTER and STAND UP FOR BETTER.

I scheduled a appointment with Safelite and they said they can fix my windshield but their was a little bit of rust and they already took off my whole windshield and now I can't drive my car at all . now I have to take it to a body for little rust damage and can't drive my car . this is absolutely outrageous and I definitely don't recommend getting anything done by them

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company! Went in August 4 for total windshield replacement. They called me 1.5 hours after dropping it off to inform me that my windshield was not in stock. (This appointment was made over a week before, they had plenty of time to order!) I had to leave my car there and they would replace the next day. I picked it up around noon the next day (8/5) after they informed me it was ready. The technician was not available to check me out or show my anything so the lady at the checkout window did. I assumed everything was fine and a quality job was done. Since it was the weekend, my car stayed garaged until Monday. It just so happened to rain that day and my automatic wipers did not turn on, so i turned them on manually. Once the rain stopped, I decided to see if they would turn on with the wiper fluid. My wiper fluid was squirting out from under my hood!! I opened the hood to find out my wiper line had been sliced in half when they removed my old windshield. Then, went inside my car to find my rain sensor under my rear view mirror was not ever attached! I called the warranty number and was able to get a person at corporate to issue a warranty repair for a new sensor and new wiper fluid hose to be installed. I then had to take time out of my schedule on 8/17 to have them repair/replace under the warranty. Well, the technician came out to review everything they needed to do, took my car back and work on it. I did not have to wait too long before he came out to show me everything was done. The sesor was reattached not replaced and he told me that my sensor was turned on with my wiper switch (which I told I knew this...I've had my car for 7 years so I know how it works!). I told him, yes, I had to turn it off because it would not work and would go off sporadically. He said it was fixed now. THEN, he shows me my fluid line and told me they couldn't replace it because it was a dealer item (!!!) so they used mastic to seal it together and he swore that it was not electrical tape and it would hold. Well, guess what...it's leaking and not working again and my sensor is sporadic and goes off when it is not even raining! So, I have tried calling both corporate and this location and no answers at all. I've had to leave messages and many emails and absolutely no return calls or even an acknowledgement. I ended up making a warranty appointment online for tomorrow! I received a text reminding me of my appointment and a number to call. Finally i got ahold of someone and told her my frustration and concern. They are to call me tomorrow morning to verify that the part is in so I do not make another wasted trip. If this is not fixed, next step is the BBB

I had a rock chip in my windshield that I had Safelite Union City GA come fix. I know it's not supposed to be invisible, but the tech didn't fill the chip all the way, so it's an indentation that actually REFRACTS sunlight! Hi, Mr. Chip! When I asked via chat if he can come fill the indentation w more polymer and finish the job. I was advised that Safelite "cannot repair a chip twice" and my only option is to have my windshield replaced. I've had rock chips fixed before but never so poorly. Won't be using you again and will do my best to steer customers away from you.

Cracked back panel on my car

My back window was broken out and came here for repair. It took hours and they broke the back panel of my car when working on it. Cracked it in half. The tech said it didn't look so bad... mind you this is a brand new 2022 vehicle. So they order the back panel to replace. Took about 4 weeks to come in and paint. And now I'm almost on hour 3 of them putting it on. Did not receive any discount or anything for this huge mistake on their part, not to mention the extra time and money it takes to get the repairs done.

I didn't want to use Safelite due to bad reviews so I turned to other shops. I personally prefer mom and pop shops anyway! Jesse is soooo responsive with email and calls. I kid you not. Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

A rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I reached out to H&A for a quote and they responded in…read moreminutes. I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

Usually, I let my dad handle auto related things for me but…read morethis time I decided to take matters in my own hands and they made the process super easy for me! They were very thorough and quick in responding to my Yelp inquiry. I was aware of all my pricing upfront, all of my options, warranty information and how long it would take. With that, I was able to book immediately online. On the day of my appointment, I DID have a bit of trouble finding the location since I was looking for a storefront that actually said 'Dynamic Appearance' but instead it was inside of a computers, audio & auto type store which was fine- just didn't know what I was looking for. Once I arrived, the guy there was very patient and knowledgeable and once again walked me through all of my options and the pricing information again. He even did a heat demonstration! Tinting took about as long as he warned me for and I was immediately briefed on the aftercare maintenance and my lifetime, nationwide warranty once again. Loved the tint job, didn't leave the inside of my car a mess like people complained about in other businesses. Super pleased with their work! Only CON: Unfortunately, due to COVID I wasn't able to wait inside as there wasn't like a waiting area so I'd suggest arranging to drop-off your vehicle or bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit outside.

I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.
