They were able to complete the service within an hour. I'm glad Jesse reminded me about the potential issues if I had gone with Safelite's aftermarket windshield for my vehicle. I used Safelite on my previous vehicle many years ago, and you could tell it was an aftermarket windshield. I see now why it was affordable to pay cash without filing a claim. It was a Toyota Camry, so I didn't really care. Now that I have a luxury vehicle, you can't use aftermarket parts for everything. Thanks again to H&A for the excellent service. I will definitely recommend you if any of my friends or neighbors need their windshield replaced.

(Safelite, please update his profile photo, because it didn't capture his awesome, friendly demeanor). He was able to vacuum out broken glass, replace the window, and return the vehicle exactly to the condition it was before the window was broken in the first place. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family based off of the quality delivered by Jamal. The only thing holding this review back from a 5th star was the 10 day wait to get the window fixed in the first place.

The dealership let me know that the glass was not set correctly and that air was coming through at the bottom. To top it off, Safelite (technician was Jamal) broke the Cover Assembly for the Multi Censor that protects the camera and my safety features. They didn't push 4 clips in to remove it but instead ripped it off and broke all of the clips. I was wondering why the plastic piece was hanging down when I left but guess that is why. Safelite is completely incompetent and I would suggest taking your car somewhere reputable if you would like it fixed correctly.

Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. I got tired of following up. And that was that. I never did a negative review, I got what I paid for. Fine. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle.
