Affordable AND great service!…read more Thank you Renay for being so honest and straightforward about the prices to fix my car. I had accidentally hit a curb and my splash shield fell off. Other body shops said I NEEDED to fix my entire front bumper in order to repair it which I knew was bullshit. I actually didn't need to fix anything since my car doesn't really need the splash shield but I just wanted to. When I spoke with Renay, she broke down the prices for me and gave me an accurate and affordable pricing ($170 compared to $800 at other places). On the day of, the technician was able to use my original splash shield that fell off so I didn't need to pay for a new part. Since the labor took around 30 minutes, I would've paid around $37 (just for labor) but she was kind enough to let me go for free! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional care, and affordable pricing to fix their cars :)

Toyota Grand Highlander Dent Repair - Five Stars! Dent…read moreTransformation did an unbelievable job repairing my Toyota Grand Highlander. I had two dents--one on the liftgate and another door ding above the left rear wheel. When Troy finished, the SUV looked brand new. You would never know the dents had ever been there. From the very beginning, the entire experience was professional and hassle-free. I texted Troy photos of the damage, and he quickly let me know it could be repaired. We agreed on a price range, he confirmed the appointment, and even texted me about 15 minutes beforehand to let me know he was running just five minutes late. I really appreciate that level of communication and professionalism. The quality of the repair was absolutely flawless, and to top it off, the final price came in below the high end of the estimate I was given. If you're looking for paintless dent repair, I highly recommend Dent Transformation. Excellent workmanship, honest pricing, and outstanding customer service.

I made an appointment to take the car in, they took it right away & said it would be done in about a week; repaint both doors. I asked if the shop could do some minor touch ups to the scratches as well, and my guy marked them & said no problem. In the touch ups the shop made a bigger chip in the paint resulting in the hood being taken off & repainted. They did it, explained the situation & it was no problem except the extra week in the shop. All good, very communicative & kind. The front desk team could have been more friendly, but otherwise a good experience. Located beside Gwinnett Place Honda, you can see the building clearly marked Colission Center as you pull in from the road. They have Enterprise Rental inside the building as well- nice folks there too. I hope you never have to visit them, but if you do... be patient & they will take care of everything!

Andrew and Trent were simply outstanding. When I first picked up my car after an insurance claim repair, the paint match wasn't quite what I had hoped for. I took the car anyway, but they assured me I could come back if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Honestly, I didn't really believe it at the time. Over the next few months, the difference in color on the bumper began to bother me more and more. Eventually, I left a negative review on Google. To my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Trent, inviting me back to have the bumper repainted. Skeptical, but hopeful, I decided to give them another chance. From the moment I arrived, Andrew and Trent treated me not as a "problematic customer," but as someone whose concerns genuinely mattered. They listened, reassured me, and stood behind their work. I just picked up my car, and I couldn't be happier. The paint looks fantastic, and the whole experience has completely changed my perspective. I have removed the negative review and I'm replacing it with this one simply to express my gratitude to these outstanding individuals and the entire team who took part in this process. They've earned my respect and appreciation by exemplifying true customer service excellence. Until next time--hopefully not too soon!

I told them that I needed an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a dent in my roof and was given an estimate of $275 immediately. I was quoted for $900, $800, and $450 at other places. I left for an hour to think about my options afterwards, came back, dropped off my car, and a couple hours later, I was called and told my car was ready. Upon arrival, I was shown my car immediately, which looked absolutely perfect. I was told that I had other dents in my roof that were repaired as well for no additional charge. Looking back at pictures now, I can see that I did have more than one dent so they definitely didn't lie to me either. I am very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, price, and speediness here. They honored the price that was quoted to me without the person who actually repaired my car even seeing it prior to the repair AND even though it had more dents than what was originally spotted. They gave me a 24 hour max estimate that I would leave my car (other places estimated 2-3 days), and it was done after only a few hours, and I did not have to make an appointment either. I literally just showed up and dropped off my car and got it back shortly after. Staff is amazingly kind and their work is amazing. My car looks perfect again, and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend coming here for any car needs, and I will certainly be back if I ever have any other repairs that need to be done.

After a very disappointing arrival at Rick Case Hyundai in which the sales liaison was supposed to hold a Mazda CX5 for me. (Driving from Woodstock, 1.25 hours) I was told that he would hold for me. Sold it before I arrived. I came in and ripped him apart because he was disrespecting my time and came up with zero solutions to this problem. I asked him did he even confer with their own Mazda dealer down the street for solutions... this guy looked at me dumbstruck (name was Daniel Kang) . Horrible representation of Rick Case and I can't say much for the other crew members (managers?) who were behind the counter on the floor. I drove over to see if this other dealership had any to my liking. Met with Luis, gave him the long version of this story and he was willing to assist me even while I was still hot. We looked at a few, talked a bit and test drove two models to the other location. I was in the right sense (I calmed down) and made a very good decision to purchase a great CX-5 from them at a price I wanted. Not pushy, not arrogant, willing to work with me.
