We visited the same Tint World for the second time in two years. After purchasing a new BMW, we wanted to get the front windows and windshield tinted. The owner recommended the best quality tint, which was ceramic. The process took a couple of hours to complete. However, we were a bit dissatisfied with the results. There were some scratches on the front windows, and the windshield had minor imperfections that caused slight headaches while driving. Additionally, there were small bubbles on the windshield. We took the car back, and they decided to redo the entire job, keeping my car overnight. Mistakes can happen, and nothing is perfect; it's all about customer satisfaction. I appreciated their "will-do" attitude and their commitment to honoring their lifetime guarantee policy. With both a "can-do" and "will-do" attitude and excellent service, their business will thrive and outshine the competition in an industry where words and actions often don't align. Thank you! A bit late with my review. I had my new Model Y tinting here on Nov 12th, 2024. On a windshield and both front wondows. However, their quality was so poor. There were so many defects as shown in attached pic. Especially the edges were really terrible. I wouldn't recommend this store.... read more

If I could give a zero I would. Make sure they give you the out the door price. They quoted me $175 for two windows. After they were done they said my bill was $305! That is straight up deceit! Then to top it off there are bubbles and a piece of the old tint that they failed to remove in the middle of the window. They claimed they could not remove everything. Horrible service! read more

As this is a nice place to go for tint, my visit was for a totally different purpose. I was on a quest for a new antenna for my alarm system due to the fact that I just bought a new remote with the led screen that shows a lock signal once you lock your doors. The new one I had wasn't doing that at all. So I came to this place in hopes of finding one but no dice. I talked to the owner and basically he said that it was the antenna, but finding one will take some time, or I could just change my entire alarm system to the latest. No dice for me!! I didn't go there to spend between 6 to $800 on a new system. As far as the business itself, it appears that they only deal with tint for the most part. There is no wide variety of equipment in this place, though there is some. Maybe a few different speakers and alarms but it isn't a play store for men because they are definitely limited on what they have. read more

Unprofessional. When I arrived to the appointment no one was at the front desk. I had to call the shop phone after waiting ten minutes at the desk for someone to come up front. Once acknowledged the rep was very short and not really answering my questions about the tint I wanted installed. Thankfully my significant other was with me so he was able to guide me in my choice (he had his done at another location). I selected the package and left the car for the work to be completed. When I booked this appointment I was told it would take about 3 hours to complete. I left my car there for two hours to only be told that it would need to stay over night. Leaving it over night was not an option because I needed my car for the next day. It was pointless to book an appointment to not be properly taken care of. I was unwilling to come back the next day because from the start the interaction with the location was horrible. I tried to give them a chance because sometimes people are just having a bad day but the communication/customer service was horrible. Spending a $1 or in my case my $500 should have had a better experience. read more

I brought my wife's 2017 Nissan Maxima in to have the factory tint removed because it had started the process of bubbling. The manager let me know that it would take a while and I was ok because it needed to get done. Seating was comfortable and the big screen tv kept me occupied until the job was done. The manager walked out with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed and I definitely was. I told him I'd be back to get the ultimate tint package and I was pleased with the result!! read more

I got tints done here for a 2018 Kia Forte and the tints bubbled up after a year. The back windows bubbled up so badly you couldn't see out at night. Now the rest of the windows are bubbling. They were going to charge me to remove the tint so I removed it myself. It wasn't worth over the $500 that I paid. read more

The owner, Thomas is very accommodating and willing to work with needs and pricing on an individual basis. Never trust those give 5 starts on this store! Don't come to this place, otherwise you will regret it. Here are the reasons, these people aren't professional and experienced, and very bad customer service. Also, their skills are really bad, each window tints has so many many tiny scratches, and the rear window has light reflections horizontally that really bothers the vision driving during the night. When they are wrong, they will blame on you, and not their fault. They will say you need to pay more to fix it. So please don't come to this ugly place, this is my advise to you. read more

I have had many cars tinted over the years and this is the worst job I have ever seen. The pictures speak for themselves. The issues include - Numerous bubbles and dust spot in all windows. See pics -Sloppy cutting and application of film at the edges. See pics -Chose to tint around the 3rd brake light rather than taking the time to tint over it. Car is a 2014 Toyota Camry and is clearly capable of tinting over 3rd brake light. These issues were brought to the owners attention. He states "this is the best we can do." and "The defects are within the acceptable range according to company policy." Having a claimed 30+ years experience, you would think the work would be better. On top of all that, they use high pressure tactics to sell front windshield tint, which they fail to mention is illegal in Georgia. read more

This probably the worst reviews I ever written. Not recommend the place at all. They really need to hire a professional rather than bunch of crook and inexperience employee who doesn't know how to tint windows. Took my car back to redo, but instead I chose to had it removed. What is warranty if they have no time to work and replace the tint? I had to came back twice to get them remove the tint film. And later they told me to come back to get them install the new one, but NO Thanks. Do not touch my windows no more. Argued 2 hours to get my refunds. Steve the guy who act as a manager but just basically try to get you around in circle with his mouth. Oh, we DON'T replace the tint if its only 5 % bubbles all around, oh we dont give a refund, Oh I didn't say I'll give you a refund, oh we always turn the car ignition on when we do the window tint, i DON'T know what is wrong with your battery. and last time the guy who work on my car i think was Manuel and they did a very shitty job.Don't trust this guys, unless they have new management and better reviews in the future. Very good chance they will perform a terrrible service that may cause damages to your vehicle and if that happens they will give you the run around between management and owner insisting they are not at fault and for you to do whatever you feel is neccessary. Improperly installed my led headlights and the Manager is rude and full of game. Also joyrided in my car for over 10 miles. I always check my mileage when I leave my ride in others hands to be worked on whether its mechanical or upgrading my ride I always have my standards and lying and being rude and just shady isn't my taste for any type of business. read more

brought in my vehicle to get the head and tail lights tinted, because of a recommendation started to regret even taking my vehicle there after the 3rd visit they couldnt seem to make the tint look professional so behind my back they sprayed them which in the beginning i expressed myself to them specifically saying i did not want them sprayed only tint was ok. I received a quote over the phone where my fog lights would only be 125 to replace if I purchase light bulbs and brought them in. When I brought my lights in, they then stated the cost would be 175 since they had to remove my bumper. Not happy, but I can understand that. After they would replaced, then I was told that I needed balusters for the lights or they may flicker. That was another 24.99 per light. I should have been told of this added cost up front, not 1.5 hours into the project. Not happy. read more

I am writing this review to give a synopsis of the experience that started in March 2017. We were referred to this establishment from a mutual friend that knows this place very well. Let me paint you a good picture, we got this vehicle in January 2017 brand new. My boyfriend and I both took a full day off at work to drop off our car to be worked on. We were advised to drop it off early which we made it at 11am and we came back at 4pm to pick up the vehicle to come to see several bubbles and debris inside the film, also the windows did not even match all the way around. We urged the manager the errors and ensured it would be taken care of immediately. We left again for another 2 hours and when we arrived, car was not even touched since we left it at 4pm. After they closed, is when they finally took the car in and then again same results. These people are a franchise and their guarantee is suppose to be customer 100% satisfaction and lifetime warranty. So long story short, between me and my boyfriend, we have had to take another 6 days off to handle this again. Time goes by and in the end, the vehicle was damaged and this establishment did not want to take responsibility for it whatsoever. Beware of this place!! Do Not waste your time and money. The absolute worst experience I or my company has ever had with any business. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Paid just under $800 to have an old car alarm removed from a vehicle and a new one put in. Was not told the price would be so high until after the work was done and the vehicle would not be given back until the work was paid for. The car had to come back twice due to the new alarm malfunctioning and was removed on the second visit without permission. They then refused to refund any money, even for parts only and demanded another $125 for removing their system before returning the vehicle. After that the vehicle had to then be taken to the dealership to fix the issues created by Tint World which cost another $379. I also contacted the corporate office which offered no help or assistance with them. Absolute crooks, stay away. read more

Trash and bubbles were left in my windows during first install. Took it back to get fixed and was turned away. Tried to use their nationwide warranty and went to the chamblee location and got turned away. Weeks later Duluth agreed to honor their warranty and re tint my windows. This time more windows had trash, bubbles , and scratches in the film. At this point I just wanted the tint removed and to hopefully see no scratches on the windows. Waited another 30 days to let the windows "cure" just to still see trash and scratches. They refused to to strip the tint but however would pay for the strip if I took it somewhere else which I did and the end result was 2 scratches on my passenger window. A refund was issued by management. I contacted the owner about the scratches and he told me there is no proof they did it and it's out of his hands. Brand new vehicle bought in January and only Tint World Duluth touched in March twice and once in April. Do not trust these people or give them your business. read more

I'm very impressed!! I bought a Groupon for the supreme detail and upgraded it to the ultimate detail for $50. My car hasn't been waxed since 2009 and the paint was looking seriously faded and ragged with stains on the carpet from spills. In just over 2 hours they made my car shine, almost looks like new! I'd highly suggest going to them and getting your car detailed. read more

Negative stars should be an option... Three months later and 8 pieces of glass replaced in my 2017 BMW 430i later... Here is my experience. I took my one week old car with less than 500 miles into Tintworld Duluth in December and received a tint job full of trash in the tint. Two weeks later my car was returned to them to remove the tint and re-apply, and this time I received a tint job with trash in the tint, again, and what appeared to be scratches. My car was then returned two more weeks later, and after removal of the tint, there were deep scratches in the windows of all 4 doors, the back quarter windows, the front windshield and back windshield. The defroster of the back window was also damaged. These were not minor scratches but so deep your fingernail would stick into them. I did file a claim with their insurance and had all 8 of my windows replaced ($5000+ for damage and rental), but this should not have happened. With the proper employees and proper training, this would NOT have happened. Think twice before taking you car to Tintworld Duluth, unless your glass already needs replaced -- same installer is still employed there to damage your windows! I now have the perfect window tint NOT by Tintword Duluth. read more
