LOCATION & PARKING: It's honestly really difficult to find. But Jesus will tell you to call 5 minutes before arrival time. Basically, you'll be going through the back entrance of New York Prime, right under the overpass. You drive straight down all the way to the end of the garage and they're there to your left. They basically work out of that whole parking facility. The main level of the building is directly across Lenox Mall - literally just a 5 minute walk. VIBES: Jesus was super kind and patient when directing me to the shop. I was about 20 minutes late due to a lot of traffic and he even told me it's ok they'll be waiting and to drive safe. FOOD/PRODUCT & SERVICE: My windows turned out amazing! The tint is perfectly applied with no bunching and put on evenly. OVERALL: I really recommend Jireh Auto Spa. They got done in about an hour and let me continue shopping at Lenox until I was ready to pick up the car. I will definitely be coming here for any future needs. I used a Groupon to pay for service so definitely check that out and they'll likely have a deal. read more

Bought a Groupon that was advertised as 5 windows. When I got there he said the 5 only include the back windshield but not the front and not I couldn't refuse the back and had to pay for the front. Had to pay an extra $100. So that's misleading. Plus won't do the illegal tint unless you pay and extra $50 dollars. So really just not being very transparent in the Groupon page. read more

Found a Groupon, and as it listed only 4 doors/back window; I contacted the business. First I sent a messenger, and then followed up with a text message, as I couldn't call during the day. Quick response, very helpful. Advised the tint percentages I was thinking about, and they advised for the percentage I asked for, the install would need to be the following Tuesday. As, I am unsure of what I was really asking for, and what the expected outcome would be. I went with the earlier appointment they offered. Which was two days later, from initial contact. Either way, I would have had an appointment within a week, for two cars! They honored the price we discussed, showed me the tint views for my options. Finished the first car 4 door sedan, including windshield within 1.5 hours. Returned with the second car, completed 4 door sedan, including windshield within 1.5 hours. I went to their location in Lawrenceville, which is inside of Audio Fx. Great location, friendly staff! Made sure I was comfortable, let me control the provided TV for entertainment, checked on me.... So I am going back tomorrow to have my daughters stereo fixed with the correct bracket, so it will no longer be protruding out, and she will actually be able to see the buttons as needed. On another note, has anyone ever noticed the negative comments usually portray that of someone spoiled? I have seen comments about tint percentage not being readily available, I have seen comments related to location, to extra charges for windows that are separated - split - its an additional piece/part, tint has to be cut! Anyways- the reviews matter, and that is what I used to make my decision to use Jireh for window tint. I had called a prior Business that has done my cars before, but they don't really need, or want additional business and you can tell that by the lack of information provided, if you can get them to answer the phone. Bought a Groupon to get my car tinted and here's where the problems started. Since my car is 4 door and my back door windows are split, they want to charge me more...then they have no appointments for more then a week. Talk about customer service and someone who doesn't care. I called Groupon and got a refund right away. I rather pay more for a Respectable business to be treated better and not hassled for more money. read more

Went to Jireh Auto Spa based on a strong recommendation from a work colleague... glad I did! They did an excellent job tinting the windows on my 3 series. The guy was informative about the legal limits for tinting and let me know that if I had any issues with the job that they had done, I could go back to them to fix it. First, the address is a fraud. After 25 minutes and 3+ phone calls trying to find "Jireh's Shop", it turns out their "Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square" location is actually a parking spot three levels down in the Lenox Mall parking structure. When I finally arrived with the assistance of some strange guy flagging me down, I found a primer gray painted 1995 truck with the words "Window Tint" spelled out in white tape on the back tinted window. Only a fool would give 2 strangers in a mall parking lot the keys to their car. But assuming this is a legit business and not a failed carjacking, no reputable business could expect to be taken seriously by initialing the transaction with such a gross misrepresentation. So if your business is being a mobile tinting and/or car spa, present it that way! And ALWAYS go to meet your customer at their location. So with that... there is no second point as I promptly turned around and drove off. The fact that the whole experience started off shady will always stop a rational person from giving your business a chance. read more

Highly recommend! They are very personable and accommodating. Great deal and value as well. Give them a call and they will explain all the tints and pricing options available. Their shop moves around so call ahead to schedule and don't be put off by meeting in the parking garage because they are located in a key access only garage below the hotel.
