They had to order my hitch, which took a few days to get in but when it arrived it took less they 3 hrs to install. They did a great job and it look as though the car came with it installed. Not only did he weld the broken handle that broke where the manufacturer had attached two pieces of the lawnmower handle together using a bolt leaving a weak joint. Matt also fabricated a custom metal pipe 1/2 that overlaps each side of the break to reinforce the repair. Also, they offered to fix with used parts , and send me offer for $11,000 , where are used parts half of that with no warranty at all. When I didn't want to do that , they robed me with $2,100 to release truck. I towed to chicago , bought remanufactured parts with 1 year warranty ( give them my old in core ) for $3,700 plus labor $800 , so all in costs me $4,500 to be on the road. I have trucks for sveral years , and never had so BAD experience, trying to still for nothing !!! I hope no one will go there at all .
