Robert welcomed me in, was very personable, and a great conversationalist. He's a family man, and I enjoyed getting to know more about his wife and daughter whom I share similarities with. Furthermore, Zach performed excellent work, navigating around the mess in my trunk. He was also professional and kind. I am always a bit apprehensive when visiting car shops or mechanics because as a woman, I have been in situations where I felt ripped off or spoken down to in these male dominated spaces, but both Robert and Zach were communicative, understanding, and patient with me, even when I mistakenly conveyed misinformation from AAA, oof.
