Dropped in with hubby to check out an RV we were interested in. We had called a few days before to make sure the model we wanted to see was on site. Karen reassured us it was. We met with Karen and she took us outside to see the RV. She left us to explore the RV and take our time looking at it. She answered all our questions, gave us brochures and also printed out more information for us. There was a small showroom inside the building that had several RVs. The service department was located in the other part of the building. Outside there were quite a few different RV models on display. Everything from roughing it to luxury motor homes. This RV dealership is one of the largest Airstream dealers in the southeast.

Exceptional Service and True Customer Care at NIRVC Atlanta!…read moreWe recently purchased a 2021 Verona LE 40LTS motorhome and wanted to add an extra layer of safety with Rettroband tire protectors on the front tires before heading out as snowbirds. On November 8, 2025, while traveling from South Carolina toward Bryan, Texas, I called NIRVC in Atlanta and spoke with Nick Schwehr. Even though it was a Saturday and we were on a tight 5-day travel schedule (needing to be in Texas by the 14th), Nick was incredibly accommodating. He arranged for us to arrive on Sunday, stay overnight at their facility with shore power, and have the Rettrobands installed first thing Monday morning. We also asked to have the generator serviced while we were there -- killing two birds with one stone! When we arrived, Nick wasn't onsite, but his team was fully briefed and took excellent care of everything. At 8:00 a.m. Monday, they brought our motorhome into the shop without any delay. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, with a TV, freshly made popcorn, bottled water, and coffee -- the little touches that make a big difference. By early afternoon, the Rettrobands were professionally installed, the generator was serviced, and we were safely back on the road heading to Texas with complete peace of mind. NIRVC went above and beyond to work around our travel plans without causing any delays. Their team is professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. If you're looking for RV service you can truly trust -- especially when you're on the road -- I highly recommend National Indoor RV Centers in Atlanta. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Nick and the entire Atlanta team! Michael (2021 Verona LE 40LTS)

We were very impressed with the level of attentiveness provided during our RV purchasing process…read more The salesperson's (Christy) professionalism and attentiveness played a significant role in our decision to purchase from National Indoor RV Centers rather than move forward with a lower-priced Jayco Granite model offered by Camping World. Unfortunately, our experience since the purchase has been disappointing. Our Condor has been with the service department now for three weeks, and we still have no clear timeline for completion of the service items identified both at delivery and after our first weekend trip. This is a serious concern and has delayed our summer vacation plans and our trip to Alaska. Our RV spent two weeks with the service department with no call-back for an update. We made multiple calls and inquiries and although we did receive two call backs, the person we talked with couldn't provide any information on where we were with the repairs and when we could pick our coach up. When we finally talked with the service department, we were informed that the warranty approval is still pending for several items requiring repair or replacement (Including an awning motor that was installed on the wrong side). We were also advised that we would be responsible for an $85. delivery fee to Mercedes for equipment that should have been included and installed at the time of purchase which was identified at delivery. Over the following week we had one follow-up call from the service department who still couldn't give us an estimate of when it would be ready but did promise a callback that still hasn't come. They did however provide us the service department POC at Mercedes so WE could follow up with them. Although the repair issues are frustrating, they were expected. What wasn't expected is the servicing and complete lack of communication and follow-up at NIRV. If we known the post-sale service experience would be handled this way, we would have purchased from Camping World.

(16) year old motorhomes are not always the easiest to sell, due to age, and lack of loan financing on 10 year and older campers, which limits the potential market for buyers! Shonn, the owner was very fair and straightforward in appraising our motorhome and walked us through the steps resulting in a possible sale! Needless to say, to my and my wife's amazement, we received a call from Cleveland RV's service manager, in mid-April this year, informing us that someone was showing serious interest in our motorhome, and asked me a few questions, regarding the service records I had provided Cleveland RV! Bottom line, we visited Cleveland RV, a few days ago, on April 30th while returning from my wife's rheumatology appointment in Gainesville, and Shonn presented us with a check in the agreed amount of the sale, less Cleveland RV's reasonable seller's compensation! We are extremely pleased with Cleveland RV!'n

Hank our salesman gave us space, didn't push us and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed. Cody managed the financial side and even got us insurance cover for our new 5th wheel. Brandon went over every single detail on how it all works and explained everything in great detail too but you dont fool me Brandon on the diving out of the emergency window in an emergency cause I saw the latch! Cody 1 - Brandon 0. Yes Cody you know I fell for the knocked over coffee cup prank on your desk. We got our lovely new 5th wheel home and within an hour or two a tree limb went through the roof and straight through the ceiling, so worried about possible water damage and broken hearted we called Three Way Campers and they couldn't of done more or been any nicer. They put it in the workshop, helped with the insurance claim and told us they will repair it as quick as possible (we have a long road trip planned and we were a little worried). They eased our minds. These guys just go way beyond what they have to do and we really appreciate them. If you are looking to buy a camper then this is the place to go.
